Claims (9)
- 건축물의 내, 외부벽체에 적층시켜 시공하는 단열블록(1)에 있어서,상기 단열블록(1)은 발포 폴리스티렌 재질로 이루어지고, 상면에 일정 간격을 두고 교호되게 다수의 요철(2)이 형성되며, 저면에 상기 요철(2)에 상응하는 요홈(3)이 형성되고;상기 단열블록(1)의 전면 및 배면에는 다수개의 단열블록(1) 적층 시 지지대(4)가 삽입되도록 삽입홈(12)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 초경량 단열블록.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단열블록(1)의 전면 및 배면에는 외측에서 내측으로 갈수록 폭이 넓어지는 충진홈(11)이 다수개로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 초경량 단열블록.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단열블록(1)의 일측에는 장식용 외부 마감재(5)를 고정시킬 수 있도록 고정부재(6)가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 초경량 단열블록.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고정부재(6)는 외부 마감재(5)가 삽입되도록 상,하부에 홈부(611)가 형성되는 고정받침대(61)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 초경량 단열블 록.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고정부재(6)는 상기 단열블록(1)의 하부에 설치되며 다수의 홀(621)이 형성되는 인서트 판(62)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 초경량 단열블록.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 외부 마감재(5)는 대리석, 황토, 석고, 철재 패널, 벽지 시멘트 중에서 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경량 단열블록.
- 제1,2,4,5,6,7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 초경량 단열블록은 타측면에 일정 간격을 두고 교호되게 다수의 요철(2)이 더 형성되고, 일측면에 상기 요철(2)에 상응하는 요홈(3)이 더 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 초경량 단열블록.
- 콘크리트를 이용한 기초면의 상부에 단열재를 설치하고 상기 단열재의 상부에 모르타르로 마감하여 바닥(7)을 구성하며, 발포 폴리스티렌 재질로 이루어지고 상면에 일정 간격을 두고 교호되게 다수의 요철(2)이 형성되며 저면에 상기 요철(2)에 상응하는 요홈(3)이 형성되고 전면 및 배면에는 다수개의 단열블록(1) 적층 시 지지대(4)가 삽입되도록 삽입홈(12)이 형성된 단열블록(1)을 연결 조립하여 상기 바닥(7)의 상부에 설치된 기둥(81)을 감싸도록 설치하여 벽체(8)를 구성하고, 상기 기둥(81)간에 설치된 천장골조(91)의 상부에 단열블록(1)을 조립 설치하고 상기 단열블록(1)의 상부에 와이어매쉬를 설치한 후 모르타르로 마감하여 천장(9)을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 절감형 주택.
