- 제 1 항에 있어서,영구 고정률{100x(D0-D2)/D0}이 15% 미만인 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,150% 초과의 신장률을 갖는 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,300% 초과의 신장률을 갖는 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이방성 신장을 나타내는 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 성분이 아이소택틱(isotactic) 입체규칙성 프로필렌 결정성을 갖는 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 성분이 프로필렌, 및 중합체의 전체 중량을 기준으로 8중량% 내지 20중량%의 중합된 에틸렌의 랜덤 공중합체인 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 성분이 DSC로 측정시 3J/g 내지 10J/g의 융해열을 갖는 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 성분이 DSC로 측정시 35℃ 내지 70℃의 융점을 갖는 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 성분이 2.0 내지 4.5의 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)를 갖는 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,블렌드 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로, 제 1 성분이 블렌드 조성물내에 75중량% 내지 95중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 제 2 성분이 블렌드 조성물내에 25중량% 내지 5중량%의 양으로 존재하는 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 성분 및 제 2 성분이 둘다 쇄 분열을 거친 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,블렌드 조성물이 80℃ 내지 100℃의 융점을 갖는 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,블렌드 조성물이 39몰% 미만의 에틸렌 함량을 갖는 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 성분이 쇄 분열 후 40dg/분 미만의 MFR을 갖는 부직포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 부직포를 포함하는 적층물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 부직포를 포함하는 물품 또는 물품 성분.
- (a) (i) 프로필렌 단독중합체 및 프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고 DSC로 측정시 50J/g 미만의 융해열 및 입체규칙성 프로필렌 결정성을 갖는 중합체를 블렌드 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 5중량% 내지 99중량%로 포함하는 제 1 성분; 및 (ii) 프로필렌 중합체 또는 프로필렌 중합체의 혼합물을 블렌드 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 95중량% 내지 1중량%로 포함하는 제 2 성분을 조합하여, 50dg/분 이상의 MFR(ASTM D-1238(230℃, 2.16kg)에 따름)을 갖는 블렌드 조성물을 형성하는 단계;(b) 상기 블렌드 조성물을 압출하여 다수의 섬유를 형성하여 웹을 형성하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 웹을 캘린더링(calendering)하여 60% 미만의 영구 고정률{100x(D0-D2)/D0}(여기서, D0은 스트레칭되기 전의 시험편의 길이이고, D2는 100%까지 스트레칭된 후 응력이 0으로 감소될 때까지 수축된 후의 시험편의 길이이다)을 갖는 부직포를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 블렌딩 부직포의 제조 방법.
- (a) 프로필렌 단독중합체 및 프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고 DSC로 측정시 50J/g 미만의 융해열 및 입체규칙성 프로필렌 결정성을 갖는 중합체를 블렌드 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 5중량% 내지 99중량%로 포함하는 제 1 성분과 유리 라디칼 개시제를 조합하는 단계;(b) 프로필렌 중합체 또는 프로필렌 중합체의 혼합물을 블렌드 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 95중량% 내지 1중량%로 포함하는 제 2 성분과 상기 제 1 성분을 블렌딩하여 블렌드 조성물을 형성하는 단계;(c) 상기 블렌드 조성물을 압출하여 다수의 섬유를 형성하여 웹을 형성하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 웹을 캘린더링하여 부직포를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 부직포의 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,부직포가 150% 초과의 신장률을 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,부직포가 300% 초과의 신장률을 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,부직포가 이방성 신장을 나타내는 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,제 1 성분이 아이소택틱 입체규칙성 프로필렌 결정성을 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,제 1 성분이 프로필렌과, 중합체의 전체 중량을 기준으로 8중량% 내지 20중량%의, 중합된 에틸렌의 랜덤 공중합체인 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,제 1 성분이 DSC로 측정시 3J/g 내지 15J/g의 융해열을 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,제 1 성분이 DSC로 측정시 35℃ 내지 70℃의 융점을 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,제 1 성분이 2.0 내지 4.5의 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)를 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,블렌드 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로, 제 1 성분이 블렌드 조성물내에 75중량% 내지 95중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 제 2 성분이 블렌드 조성물내에 25중량% 내지 5중량%의 양으로 존재하는 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,제 1 및 제 2 성분이 둘다 쇄 분열되어 MFR을 100% 이상만큼 증가시키는 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,블렌드 조성물이 50dg/분 초과의 MFR(ASTM D-1238(213℃, 2.16kg)에 따름)을 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,블렌드 조성물이 80℃ 내지 100℃의 융점을 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,블렌드 조성물이 39몰% 미만의 에틸렌 함량을 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,블렌드 조성물이 부직포로 형성되기 전에 스테이플 섬유로 형성되는 부직포.
- 제 33 항에 있어서,스테이플 섬유가 권축되는 부직포.
- 제 34 항에 있어서,스테이플 섬유가 7mm 내지 200mm의 길이인 부직포.
- (a) 프로필렌 단독중합체 및 프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고 DSC로 측정시 50J/g 미만의 융해열 및 입체규칙성 프로필렌 결정성을 갖는 중합체를 블렌드 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 5중량% 내지 99중량%로 포함하는 제 1 성분; 및 프로필렌 중합체 또는 프로필렌 중합체의 혼합물을 블렌드 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 95중량% 내지 1중량%로 포함하는 제 2 성분을 블렌딩하여 블렌드 조성물을 형성하는 단계;(b) 상기 블렌드 조성물을 압출하여 필라멘트를 제조, 가공 및 권사하고, 이어서 필라멘트를 연신, 가공, 권축, 열 고정 및 절단하여 스테이플 섬유를 형성하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 스테이플 섬유로부터 부직포를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 부직포의 제조 방법.
- 제 36 항에 있어서,스테이플 섬유가 7mm 내지 200mm 길이인 제조 방법.
- 제 16 항에 따른 적층물을 포함하는 물품 또는 물품 성분.
