Abstract

A manufacturing method of a lightweight precast concrete panel for an external wall of a building is provided to make a building structure lightweight by reducing the load of a building and to reduce the cost and time required for construction. A manufacturing method of a lightweight precast concrete panel(10) for an external wall of a building comprises the steps of: forming a first concrete layer(11) on a form to a thickness of 20~30mm; putting a mesh(12) on the upper part of the first concrete layer; inserting the bent ends of many fixing bars(13) attached to a frame(14) into the first concrete layer and locating the frame on the upper part of the first concrete layer to make a panel have a thickness of 150~300mm; and forming a second concrete layer(11') on the mesh to a thickness of 20~30mm and curing the surface.
