Claims (14)
- 주성분이 알루미나로 이루어지는 세라믹 소결재의 다공질 기체(porous substrate)와,상기 다공질 기체의 표면에 제막된 제올라이트 박막을 구비하는 분리막으로서,상기 다공질 기체는, 기층(base layer)과, 이 기층의 표면에 형성된 상기 제올라이트 박막의 하지층(foundation layer)을 가지고,상기 하지층의 평균 세공 직경이 상기 기층의 평균 세공 직경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 기체의 질소 가스 투과 속도가 200 내지 7000 ㎥/(㎡·hr·atm)인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 질소 가스 투과 속도가 400 내지 7000 ㎥/(㎡·hr·atm)인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기층의 평균 세공 직경이 4 내지 12 ㎛이고, 상기 하지층의 평균 세공 직경이 0.4 내지 1.2 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기층의 두께가 1 내지 3 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하지층의 두께가 10 내지 200 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하지층을 구성하는 입자의 애스펙트 비(aspect ratio)가 1.05 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하지층을 구성하는 입자의 애스펙트 비가 1.2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 기체의 기공률이 20 내지 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 기체의 기공률이 35 내지 40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 기체는, 물을 이용한 버블 포인트 법(bubble point method)으로 측정되는 최대 세공 직경이 9 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 기체는, 물을 이용한 버블 포인트 법으로 측정되는 최대 세공 직경이 7 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 기체에 함유하는 Ca과 K의 합계 함유율이 0.8 ㏖% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 Ca과 K의 합계 함유율이 0.5 ㏖% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막.
