- 삭제
- 반응액이 흡입되도록 하는 유입웨어(6),흡입구(4)와 토출구(5)가 구비된 케이싱(3)과 상기 케이싱(3)의 내부에 설치되는 회전익(1) 및 상기 회전익(1)을 회전시키는 구동모터(2)로 구성되어 펌핑기능이 구비된 교반기 및,상기 유입웨어(6)를 통하여 흡입된 반응액이 상기 케이싱의 흡입구(4), 케이싱(3)의 내부 , 회전익(1)를 순차적으로 거쳐서 반응조의 하부 깊은 수심으로 이송된 후, 상기 케이싱(3)의 토출구(5)를 통하여 분출될 수 있도록 상기 유입웨어(6)와 상기 케이싱(3)의 흡입구(4)를 서로 연통시키는 수류흡입관(7)으로 구성된 교반장치를 이용한 수중포기기에 있어서,상기 케이싱(3)의 내부와 연통되는 공기공급수단이 설치되고, 상기 공기공급수단은 송기관(27)을 통하여 송풍기에서 공급된 공기를 분산시키는 미세기공 또는 송기구(26)가 구비된 공기체임버(25,25a)인 것을 특징으로 하는 교반장치를 이용한 수중포기기.
- 반응액이 흡입되도록 하는 유입웨어(6),흡입구(4)와 토출구(5)가 구비된 케이싱(3)과 상기 케이싱(3)의 내부에 설치되는 회전익(1) 및 상기 회전익(1)을 회전시키는 구동모터(2)로 구성되어 펌핑기능이 구비된 교반기 및,상기 유입웨어(6)를 통하여 흡입된 반응액이 상기 케이싱의 흡입구(4), 케이싱(3)의 내부 , 회전익(1)과 케이싱의 토출구(5)를 순차적으로 거쳐서 반응조의 하부 깊은 수심으로 압송 및 분출될 수 있도록, 상기 케이싱의 토출구(5)에 설치되고 그 분출구(12)가 반응조의 깊은 수심에 위치하도록 연장되어 설치된 수류압송관(11)으로 구성되며,상기 케이싱(3)은 반응조의 낮은 수심에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유입웨어(6)와 상기 케이싱(3)의 흡입구(4)를 서로 연통시키는 수류흡입관(7)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱(3)의 내부와 연통되는 공기공급수단이 설치되고,상기 공기공급수단을 통하여 공급된 압축성 유체이며 비중량이 작은 공기가,상기 교반기에 의하여 형성되는 기포의 부상속도보다 빠르면서 비압축성이며 비중량이 큰 반응액의 흐름에 의하여,상기 케이싱(3)의 내부, 회전익(1)과 케이싱의 토출구(5), 수류압송관(11)을 거쳐서 상기 분출구를(12)를 통하여 반응조의 깊은 수심에서 분출되어 반응조를 포기 및 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반장치를 이용한 수중포기기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수류흡입관(7)에는 와류를 발생시켜서 조대 기포를 미세기포로 분산시킬 수 있는 레듀서(Reducer), 병목(Throat) 또는 라인믹서(Line Mixer)인 와류발생수단(24)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 교반장치를 이용한 수중포기기.
- 삭제
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 공기공급수단은 송기관(27)을 통하여 송풍기에서 공급된 공기를 분산시키는 미세기공이 형성된 산기관(8)인 것을 특징으로 하는 교반창치를 이용한 수중포기기.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 공기공급수단은 표면포기기(13)인 것을 특징으로 하는 교반장치를 이용한 수중포기기.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 공기공급수단은 상기 회전익(1)에서 발생되는 수류에 의해 송기관(27)을 통하여 송풍기에서 공급된 공기를 미세한 기포로 분산시키는 용기형의 산기기(9)인 것을 특징으로 하는 교반장치를 이용한 수중포기기.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 공기공급수단은 대기로부터 공기를 흡입할 수 있는 공기공급관(21,21a)이 구비된 이젝터(10,10a)인 것을 특징으로 하는 교반창치를 이용한 수중포기기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 이젝터(10,10a)와 상기 케이싱(3)의 흡입구(4)사이에는 상기 이젝터(10, 10a)에서 흡입되는 공기량을 조절할 수 있고, 반응조를 포기교반 또는 비포기교반중에서 선택하여 운전하거나, 포기교반 또는 비포기교반이 교차 반복되는 간헐포기로 운전할 수 있는 유로조절수단(23)이 구비된 바이패스유로(22)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 교반장치를 이용한 수중포기기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 공기공급관(21,21a)의 유입구에는 농축조 또는 탈수기의 악취발생원에서 배기되는 악취함유공기를 흡입할 수 있는 악취공기유입관과 송풍기로부터 공기를 압송하는 송기관 중에서 하나 이상이 선택되어 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 교반장치를 이용한 수중포기기.
