Abstract

A female terminal assembly is provided to remove the necessity for a cab by inserting a connector spring into one end part of a female terminal, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and implementing an efficient assembling process. A cut unit prolonged along a length direction is provided to a female terminal body unit(12). A mortar-shaped connector spring(5) is inserted into the female terminal. In the connector spring, bent units(51a,51b,52a,52b) guided along the cut unit and at least two holes(55,57) formed along a girth direction are formed. In an inner wall of the female body unit, a protrusion unit(11) locked by the holes is formed. A part of the holes is disposed in one end side(15) of the female body unit when the connector spring is inserted into the female body unit, and the rest parts are disposed in the other end side.
