Claims (11)
- 구동수단을 구비하여 상수도관 등의 배관 내부에서 이동하는 본체와, 세척수 저장부와, 상기 본체의 일단부에 상기 본체에 대하여 상대이동 가능하게 결합하는 어태치먼트와, 상기 어태치먼트에 대하여 상대회전 가능하게 결합하며 고압의 세척수를 분사하는 워터젯 분사부와, 상기 워터젯 분사부에 고압수를 공급하기 위한 워터젯 생성부를 포함하며 상기 배관을 세척하기 위한 워터젯을 이용한 배관 세척장치에 있어서,상기 워터젯 분사부를 통하여 상기 배관의 내주면에 분사된 세척수를 건조하기 위한 건조 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워터젯을 이용한 배관 세척장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 건조수단은,상기 워터젯 분사부의 회전축과 동축적으로 배치되며 상기 워터젯 분사부에 그 일단부가 결합하여 상기 워터젯 분사부와 함께 회전하는 회전축부재와,상기 회전축부재에 결합하여 고압의 공기를 분사하는 에어 분사부와,상기 에어 분사부로 고압의 공기를 공급하는 컴프레서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워터젯을 이용한 배관 세척장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 에어 분사부는,일단부측이 상기 회전축부재에 결합하여 상기 회전축부재와 함께 회전하며, 상기 배관의 직경방향으로 배치되는 에어 분사관과,상기 에어 분사관의 외측단부에 연결되며, 상기 배관의 내주면을 향하되 상기 본체의 진행방향으로 편향된 슬릿이 형성된 "C"형상의 단면을 가지는 관인 에어분사 프레임으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 워터젯을 이용한 배관 세척장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 에어 분사관은 여러 개가 마련되며 그 여러 개의 에어 분사관 사이의 각이 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 워터젯을 이용한 배관 세척장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 에어 분사관들을 지지하기 위한 분사관지지프레임을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워터젯을 이용한 배관 세척장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 워터젯 분사부에서 분사된 고압수에 의해 상기 배관의 내주면으로부터 분리된 스케일을 상기 본체의 이동방향으로 이동하기 위한 스케일 견인수단을 더 구비하며,상기 스케일 견인수단의 위치는, 상기 본체의 진행방향상 상기 건조수단의 전방에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 워터젯을 이용한 배관 세척장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 스케일 견인수단은,상기 배관의 내주면에 접하는 환형의 고무판인 스케일 견인판과,상기 스케일 견인판을 지지하기 위한 견인판 지지수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워터젯을 이용한 배관 세척장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 견인판 지지수단은,상기 회전축부재로부터 상기 배관의 직경방향으로 분기되도록 상기 회전축부재에 결합하는 견인판 지지프레임으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 워터젯을 이용한 배관 세척장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 회전축부재를 지지하기 위한 회전축 지지프레임을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워터젯을 이용한 배관 세척장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 회전축 지지프레임은,상기 회전축부재와 상대회전이 가능하도록 결합하는 제1프레임 부재와,일단부는 상기 제1프레임 부재에 고정되며, 타단부에는 상기 배관의 내주면과 접하는 롤러가 구비된 제2프레임 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워터젯을 이용한 배관 세척장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 스케일 견인수단은,상기 워터젯 분사부에서 분사된 고압수에 의해 배관의 내주면으로부터 분리되어 튄 스케일을 수집하기 위한 스케일 수집수단을 더 구비하며,상기 스케일 수집수단은 상기 스케일 견인판에 대하여 상기 본체의 진행방향상의 후방에 위치하는 원추형상의 판인 것을 특징으로 하는 워터젯을 이용한 배관 세척장치.
