Claims (5)
- 전해액이 충전되고 전극이 설치되는 다수개 셀로 구성되는 하우징의 벽체를 폴리프로피렌으로 성형시킴에 있어서, 폴리프로피렌에 초임계 질소를 혼합하고, 초임계 질소가 혼합된 용융 폴리프로피렌을, 그 내부 압력이 대기압과 동일한 소기의 형틀에 사출하여 하우징을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 납축전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리프로피렌에 혼합되는 초임계 질소의 온도는 260℃이고 그 압력은 90Kgf/cm2 이고, 그 혼합하는 비율은 폴리프로피렌 100부량(중량비 이하 같다)에 대하여 초임계질소 0.6 부량인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 납축전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하우징의 벽체는 이를 상하부 하우징으로 구분 성형시키고, 그 접합면에 서로 끼워져 결합되는 요철부를 형성시켜 접착 면적을 확장시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 납축전지의 제조 방법.
- 전해액이 충전되고 전극이 설치되는 다수개 셀로 구성되는 하우징의 벽체를 폴리프로피렌으로 성형시킴에 있어서, 폴리프로피렌에 초임계 질소를 혼합하고, 초임계 질소가 혼합된 용융 폴리프로피렌을, 그 내부 압력이 대기압과 동일한 소기의 형틀에 사출하여 하우징을 형성시킴으로서 하우징의 벽체 내부에서 초임계 질소가 발포되어 벽체 내부에 기공이 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 납축전지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 하우징의 벽체가 상하부 하우징으로 구분 성형되고, 그 접합면에 서로 끼워져 결합되는 요철부가 형성되고, 요철부가 결합되는 상태로 열융착된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 납축전지.
