Claims (3)
- 이물질이 다량 함유된 플라스틱류를 용융시켜 생성한 펠릿(12)을 내부 배출구(11)를 통해 공급하는 용융압출기(10); 상기 용융압출기(10)의 배출구(11) 끝단과 결합되고, 다수의 토출홀(21)이 이격 형성되는 다이스(20); 상기 다이스(20)의 중앙부에 연결되어 구동모터(32)에 의해 회전가능하게 구비되고, 상기 토출홀(21)을 통해 토출되는 펠릿(12)을 절단하도록 펠릿 커터(31a)가 장착된 회전부재(30)를 포함하는 펠릿 커팅 장치에 있어서,상기 다이스(20)의 중앙부에는 고정축(23)이 수평하게 돌출 구비되고,상기 회전부재(30)는, 일단은 상기 배출구(11) 내의 다이스(20) 후방에 베어링부재(31b)가 결합되고, 타단은 상기 다이스(20) 전방에 직접 적어도 하나 이상의 펠릿 커터(31a)가 밀착 구비되도록, 상기 고정축(23)의 외면을 감싸며 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제 1구동축(31);상기 구동모터(32)와 연결되어 회전력을 전달하는 제 2구동축(33); 및상기 제 1, 2구동축(31, 33) 사이에 착탈이 가능하도록 핀을 통해 힌지 결합되고, 상기 구동모터(32)의 동력이 전달되어 굴신 운동을 하는 다수의 링크부재(34)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿 커팅 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다이스(20)의 후방에는, 상기 고정축(23)의 단부가 고정 지지되고, 상 기 배출구(11) 내에서 공급되는 펠릿(12)의 압력이 분산되도록 곡면을 갖는 내부 케이싱(22)이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿 커팅 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 펠릿 커터(31a)는, 상기 토출홀(21)을 통해 토출되는 펠릿(12)을 절단하기 위한 경사각도가 상기 다이스(20)를 기준으로 15∼30°로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿 커팅 장치.
