Claims (12)
- 촉매를 먼저 각 단량체와 혼합하고, 그 후 적합하다면 각 조촉매를 첨가하고, 이어서 수득된 혼합물을 관형 반응기에서 예비활성화하고, 이러한 방식으로 예비활성화된 촉매를 최종적으로 실제 중합 반응기로 도입하는, C2-C20 올레핀의 중합을 위한 촉매의 예비활성화 방법에 있어서, 상기 촉매, 임의의 조촉매 및 단량체의 혼합물을 2300 이상의 레이놀즈수의 난류 플러그 흐름으로 관형 반응기를 통과시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매, 임의의 조촉매 및 단량체의 혼합물을 5000 이상의 레이놀즈수의 난류 플러그 흐름으로 관형 반응기를 통과시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 사용된 관형 반응기는 그의 내부에 균열이 없는 부드럽고, 연속적인 선형상 관을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 혼합물을 -25 내지 150℃, 1 내지 100 bar의 압력 및 1 내지 5 분의 평균 체류 시간에서 관형 반응기를 통과시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 프로필렌의 단독중합체의 제조에 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기타 C2-C20 올레핀의 부수적인 양과 프로필렌의 공중합체의 제조에서 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매, 단량체 및 조촉매의 혼합물을 관형 반응기에서 예비중합시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, C2-C20 올레핀의 중합이 티타늄 함유 고체 성분 a)와 유기 알루미늄 화합물 b) 및 전자 주게 화합물 c) 의 형태의 조촉매를 함께 포함하는 지글러-나타 촉매에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, C2-C20 올레핀의 중합이 메탈로센 화합물 또는 중합-활성 금속 착물을 기재로 한 지글러-나타 촉매에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 사용되는 실제 중합 반응기는 수직의 기상 교반 반응기인 방법.
