Description
Claims (17)
- 에너지 축전지(energy accumulator)를 위한 수납 영역(receiving area)을 지닌 차량(vehicle)이 소비하는 에너지를 충전하고 이를 산출하는 방법으로서,(a) 상기 차량으로부터 제1 에너지 축전지를 분리하는 단계;(b) 미리 설정된 레벨을 갖는 제2 에너지 축전지를 상기 차량 내에 장착하는 단계;(c) 상기 제1 에너지 축전지 및 제2 에너지 축전지에 충전된 에너지의 차이를 산출 결정하는 단계;(d) 상기 에너지 레벨의 차이를 나타내는 값을 데이터 획득 디바이스로 전송하는 단계;(e) 상기 제1 에너지 축전지를 상기 제2 에너지 축전지로 교환한 후에 상기 제2 에너지 축전지로부터 에너지를 바로 뽑아 쓰거나, 상기 제1 에너지 축전지를 상기 제2 에너지 축전지로 교환한 후에 바로 차량을 이동하는 것을 금지하는 단계; 및(f) 만일 에너지 인출이 금지되거나 또는 차량 이동이 금지된 경우, 신호를 통해 에너지 인출 금지 및 차량 이동 금지를 해제하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차량으로부터 분리된 상기 제1 에너지 축전지는 재충전 과정 전에, 기능 테스트를 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기능 테스트로부터 나오는 데이터는 에너지 축전지(20) 상에 또는 내부에 보존되거나 또는 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 에너지 소비에 관련된 데이터가 검출되어 상기 데이터 획득 디바이스로 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 적어도 하나의 배터리(battery) 또는 적어도 하나의 캐패시터(capacitor)로 구성되는 에너지 축전지로 동작하는 전기 차량(electric vehicle)에 있어서, 상기 에너지 축전지는명확한 라벨(label), 표준화된 단자(terminal), 표준화된 형태 중 적어도 어느 하나를 지니며,상기 에너지 축전지는 차량 측면 또는 차량 바닥 중 적어도 한 곳으로부터 액세스 가능하고, 상기 라벨은 차량 타입 또는 에너지 축전지의 위치 중 적어도 어느 하나를 나타내고,상기 에너지 축전지는 다른 에너지 축전지로 교환 가능하고,에너지 인출 금지가 신호에 의해 해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전기 차량에는 상기 에너지 축전지의 단면을 지닌 용기(container; 42)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량.

- 제6항 또는 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재되어 있는 전기 차량을 위한 에너지 축전지 교환 충전소(station)로서, 상기 충전소는 소모된 에너지를 보충하기 위하여 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 수행하고, 상기 충전소는상기 전기 차량을 위하여 액세스 레인(access lane)과 적어도 하나의 정류소(stopping position)를 가지되,제1 에너지 축전지를 상기 전기 차량으로부터 분리하여 제1 작업 장소에 이송하거나, 제2 작업 장소에 상기 전기 차량에 충전된 제2 에너지 축전지를 공급하거나, 또는 정류소로 이송하는 적어도 하나의 이송 장치를 구비하고,상기 정류소는 여러 작업 장소를 지나도록 상기 차량을 이송하는 상기 이송 장치 상에 위치하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전소.
- 제9항에 있어서, 차량 모델을 검출하기 위한 디바이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전소.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 차량으로부터 분리된 제1 에너지 축전지를 테스트하고 충전하기 위한 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전소.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 정류소 부근에 충전된 에너지 축전지를 저장하기 위한 적어도 하나의 메인 저장 영역 또는 적어도 하나의 중간 저장 영역을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전소.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 에너지 축전지를 자동 교환하기 위하여 적어도 하나의 디바이스를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전소.

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 에너지 축전지를 저장하는 개별 저장소 또는 작업 장소 사이에 상기 에너지 축전지를 운송하기 위해, 적어도 부분적으로 지하에 매설된 에너지 축전지 운송 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전소.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 충전소는 가솔린 펌프 주유소와 통합된 것을 특징으로 하는 충전소.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용기는 교환 가능한 형틀 부재를 위한 수납 장치를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량.
