Abstract
본 발명은 자동공구교환장치의 도어개폐장치에 있어서, 개폐정도를 제어하는 제어밸브, 제어밸브의 신호에 따라 유압이 공급되는 실린더, 실런더와 연결되어 실린더의 상하이동과 함께 동작하는 상부도어 및 하부도어, 상부도어 및 상기 하부도어를 연결하는 접동링크로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동공구교환장치의 상하이동형 도어개폐장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 자동공구교환장치에 있어서 도어를 상하로 분리구성하여 개폐함으로써 종래의 도어와 동일한 개폐정도를 유지하면서 개폐 소요시간을 단축하는 장점이 있다. 또한 개폐 소요시간의 단축으로 불필요한 시간을 줄임으로써 생산성 향상에 기여할 수 있다.
