Claims (6)
- 금속표면처리제 1 ℓ 중에,(a) 실란커플링제, 그의 가수분해 축합물, 또는 실란커플링제와 그의 가수분해 축합물을 0.01 ~ 100 g/ℓ,(b) 수분산성 실리카 (고형분) 을 0.05 ~ 100 g/ℓ,(c) 지르코늄화합물을 지르코늄이온으로서 0.01 ~ 50 g/ℓ, 티타늄화합물을 티타늄이온으로서 0.01 ~ 50 g/ℓ, 또는 지르코늄화합물을 지르코늄이온으로서 0.01 ~ 50 g/ℓ 및 티타늄화합물을 티타늄이온으로서 0.01 ~ 50 g/ℓ 를 함유하고,추가로 황화물 이온, 티오황산 이온, 과황산 이온, 트리아진티올 화합물로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상을 0.01 ~ 100 g/ℓ 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCM 용 논크로메이트 금속표면처리제.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 기재된 금속표면처리제로 금속피복강판을 표면처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면처리방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 금속피복강판이 아연계 피복강판인 금속표면처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 금속표면처리제로 금속피복강판을 표면처리한 후, 논크롬 프라이머로 도포하고, 이어서 톱 코팅을 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCM 강판의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 기재된 방법으로 수득되는 PCM 강판.
