- 가축분뇨, 음식물 폐기물류 탈수여액, 하수 잉여 슬러지 등에서 협잡물을 제거한 고농도 유기성 폐수에 병원성 미생물을 사멸할 수 있도록 고온호기성미생물을 활성화하여 유기물을 산화 분해하는 과정에서 발생하는 산화열을 반응조에 축적하여 고온조건을 형성하는 고온 호기성 소화 반응시키는 고온호기성소화단계와;상기 고온호기성소화단계 후 고액분리조에서 고온 호기성 산화 반응 처리수에 무기 응집제, 고분자응집제 중 어느 하나를 투여하거나 또는 이들 모두를 투여하여 응집 및 탈수 반응에 의해 케익과 탈리여액으로 분리하는 고액분리단계와;상기 고액분리단계 후 얻어진 탈리여액에 진동을 가하여 막힘현상을 최소화하는 막분리부를 이용하여 투과수와 농축된 농축수로 분리하는 여과막 분리단계와;상기 여과막 분리단계후 전기응집반응기를 통하여 현탁고형물 및 용존성고형물의 응집을 유도하는 전기응집단계와;상기 전기응집단계 후 상기 전기응집반응기를 통하여 발생 전기응집액을 침전시킴에 따라 상등수와 침전슬러지로 분리하는 침전단계와;상기 침전단계 후 발생한 상등수를 역삼투압기에 투입하여 무기물을 분리함으로써 투과수와 농축수로 분리하기 위한 역삼투압단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기성 폐수의 정화방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고온 호기성 소화단계는 반응조의 저면 일측에 연결되어진 흡입관과, 상기 흡입관을 개폐하도록 하는 개폐밸브와, 상기 흡입관에 설치되어져서 액관으로 고농도 유기성 폐수를 공급하도록 하는 내부순환펌프와, 상기 반응조의 액관 입구부에 설치되어져서 고농도 유기성 폐수의 출입을 개폐하는 액관유입밸브와, 상기 액관의 저면 혹은 측면으로 고농도 유기성 폐수를 분사하도록 하는 배출노즐 및 토출노즐과, 상기 액관을 저면에서 지지하도록 하는 저면지지대를 포함하여 이루어진 폐수공급부를 통해 상기 반응조 내부로 상기 고농도 유기성 폐수를 공급하고;상기 액관의 배출노즐 각각으로 분기되게 연결된 공기공급관과, 상기 공기공급관에 설정된 온도로 송풍하도록 송풍기를 포함하여 이루어진 공기공급부를 통해 고온호기성 미생물의 활성화를 유도하여 고온조건을 형성하여 고농도 유기성 폐수 내부에 병원성 미생물을 사멸시키며;상기 반응조의 일측 내면에 고정되어지고 중심부분에서 상측 부분까지 일정 구간에 걸쳐 거품을 유입시키는 거품유입홀을 구비하는 내부거품수집관과, 상기 내부거품수집관의 외측에 슬라이딩 가능하게 고정되어져서 고농도 유기성 폐수의 부력에 의하여 승강하면서 수면에 떠 있는 거품을 포집하는 부력부재와, 상기 부력부재의 저면에서 상기 내부거품수집관을 감싸는 형상으로 고정되고 타단이 내부거품수집관의 외측면에 밀봉되어져서 상기 부력부재의 하측 부분의 거품유입홀에 고농도 유기성 폐수의 유입을 방지하는 주름관을 포함하여 이루어진 내부거품제거부를 통해 상기 고농도 유기성 폐수와 외부 공기의 접촉을 유지함과 아울러;상기 반응조의 일측에 고정되어 거품을 흡수하도록 하는 진공흡입관과, 상기 진공흡입관에서 흡입된 거품을 압축하여 액체로 만들어 주는 진공펌프와, 상기 진공펌프에서 액상화된 고농도 유기성 폐수를 반응조로 복귀하도록 하는 복귀관을 포함하여 이루어진 거품진공흡입부를 통해 거품을 액상 변환시켜 상기 반응조로 순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기성 폐수의 정화방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 여과막 분리단계의 막분리부는 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 상부에 장착되며 미세구멍을 갖는 멤브레인을 내부에 장착한 압력용기와, 상기 압력용기를 진동시키는 모터를 포함하여 이루어져 상기 압력용기 내부로 유입된 고농도 유기성 폐수를 투과수와 농축수로 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기성 폐수의 정화방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고온호기성소화단계에서 생성된 고온 호기성 산화 반응 처리수, 상기 고온호기성단계에서의 고온호기성소화처리수 및 고액분리단계에서 생성된 탈리여액 및 상기 여과막 분리단계에서 생성된 투과수는 액비로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기성 폐수의 정화방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 침전단계에서 슬러지에서 분리된 침전슬러지는 일부를 상기 고액분리단계로 반송하여 상기 무기 응집제를 대체하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기성 폐수의 정화방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 역삼투압단계에서 생성된 농축수는 상기 고온호기성소화단계로 반송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기성 폐수의 정화방법.
