Claims (5)
- 포핏식 밸브부재를 내장한 밸브바디와, 상기 포핏식 밸브부재를 구동해서 유로를 절환하는 구동수단을 구비한 3포트 전자밸브에 있어서,상기 밸브바디가, 3개의 포트를 개구시킨 관통구멍을 갖고,상기 관통구멍의 양단측에 합성수지재이며 통형상으로 형성된 제 1 및 제 2의 리테이너가 끼움장착되고, 양 리테이너의 대향하는 끝벽에는, 상기 관통구멍에 개구하는 중앙의 포트를 사이에 두고 대향하는 밸브시트가 설치되고, 또한 양 리테이너에는 상기 중앙의 포트의 양측에 위치하는 각 포트를 상기 리테이너의 중심구멍에 연통시키는 연통 개구가 형성되고,상기 포핏식 밸브부재가 밸브스템에, 상기 제1, 제2의 리테이너의 대향하는 밸브시트 사이에 그들의 밸브시트에 대향해서 배치되는 포핏 밀봉부와, 양 리테이너의 중심구멍 내에 있어서의 상기 연통 개구보다 관통구멍의 양단측에 각각 슬라이딩 가능하게 배치되는 제1, 제2의 슬라이딩부를 갖고,상기 제1 및 제2의 리테이너가, 상기 밸브시트 측의 끝부 부근의 내주벽을 축경시켜서, 상기 밸브시트의 유효 시트 지름을, 상기 밸브부재의 슬라이딩부가 슬라이딩하는 리테이너 내면의 지름과 같도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 3포트 전자밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2의 리테이너가 동일 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 3포트 전자밸브.
- 제 1 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브시트가, 상기 밸브부재의 포핏 밀봉부측에 돌출하는 볼록 링형상의 시트부에 의해 형성되어, 상기 밸브부재에 있어서의 상기 밀봉부가 쿠션 작용이 있는 탄성재에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 3포트 전자밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2의 리테이너가, 상기 밸브시트와 반대측의 끝부에 플랜지부를 갖고, 상기 플랜지부가 상기 관통구멍의 양단의 밸브바디 벽에 각각 밀착되어서, 그들의 리테이너가 밸브바디에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 3포트 전자밸브.
- 제 1 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단이, 상기 밸브바디에 설치되어서 가동 철심에 의해 포핏식 밸브부재를 구동하는 플런저형 솔레노이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 3포트 전자밸브.
