Claims (13)
- 모터에 전기적 에너지를 인가하기 위한, 다수의 파워 스위치를 포함하는 파워 인버터 회로와;입력 파워를 상기 파워 인버터 회로에서 사용될 수 있는 형태로 컨버팅 하기 위한, 상기 파워 인버터 회로에 연결된 파워 컨버터 회로와;모터 드라이브 시스템이 상기 입력 파워에 대해 저항성 부하로 나타나게 하도록 입력 전류를 조절하기 위한, 상기 파워 컨버터 회로내의 역률 보정 회로와;상기 모터 드라이브 시스템에서 EMI 노이즈를 감소시키기 위한, 상기 파워 컨버터 회로와 상기 파워 인버터 회로 중 적어도 하나에 연결된 능동 EMI 필터와;상기 파워 컨버터 회로 및 상기 파워 인버터 회로에 연결됨과 아울러, EMI노이즈 생산을 감소시키기 위해 상기 파워 인버터 회로와 상기 파워 컨버터 회로 사이의 스위칭을 조절하는 제어신호를 상기 파워 인버터 회로 및 상기 파워 컨버터 회로에 제공하도록 작동하는 시스템 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 드라이브 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시스템 제어기 및 상기 파워 인버터 회로에 연결되어, 상기 시스템 제어기로부터 수신되는 제어 신호에 근거하여 상기 파워 인버터 회로내의 스위치들에 드라이브 신호들을 제공하는 게이트 드라이브 회로를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 드라이브 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 시스템 제어기로부터 상기 파워 컨버터 회로와 상기 게이트 드라이브 회로중 적어도 하나에 보내져, 특정 스위치에 대한 단위 시간당 게이트 전압 변화율을 제어하는 dv/dt커맨드 신호를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 드라이브 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 파워 인버터 회로에 의해 사용될 수 있는 상기 입력 파워를 나타내며, 모터 전류의 추정치를 재구성하도록 상기 시스템 제어기에 연결되는 피드백 신호를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 드라이브 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,노이즈 신호를 감지하고 상기 노이즈 신호에 에너지의 표시를 제공하는 노이즈 추출 회로와;상기 노이즈 추출 회로에 연결되어 상기 노이즈 신호에 관련된 타이밍 표시를 제공하는 노이즈 동기화 회로와;상기 노이즈 동기화 회로에 연결되어 상기 에너지 및 상기 타이밍 표시를 상기 시스템 제어기에 제공되는 디지털 정보로 변환하는 컨버터와;시스템 EMI노이즈에 영향을 주도록 상기 시스템 제어기에 의해 실행될 수 있는 알고리즘 - 상기 알고리즘은 상기 디지털 정보에 영향을 받아 적응성 폐루프 EMI 노이즈 감소를 제공한다 - 을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 드라이브 시스템.

- 모터 드라이브 시스템 내의 노이즈 감소 방법으로서:상기 모터 드라이브 시스템의 적어도 입력 부분의 노이즈를 감지하는 단계와;상기 감지된 노이즈를 상기 모터 드라이브 시스템의 제어기에 제공하는 단계와; 그리고상기 모터 드라이브 시스템 내의 노이즈를 줄이기 위해, 상기 감지된 노이즈에 기초하여 파워 컨버터와 파워 인버터중 적어도 하나를 적응적으로 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 드라이브 시스템 내의 노이즈 감소 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,EMI노이즈를 줄이기 위해 상기 파워 인버터와 상기 파워 컨버터 사이에 스위칭을 동기화하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 드라이브 시스템 내의 노이즈 감소 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 파워 컨버터와 상기 파워 인버터중 적어도 하나의 내부에 있는 파워 스위치의 게이트 드라이브에 신호를 공급하는 단계와; 그리고상기 공급된 신호에 기초하여 상기 파워 스위치를 턴온하는것과 턴오프하는것 중 적어도 하나를 위한 단위 시간당 특정 전압 변화율을 생산하도록 상기 게이트 드라이브를 제어하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 드라이브 시스템 내의 노이즈 감소 방법.
