Description
Claims (4)
- 각 기판간 합착을 수행하기 위해 다수 구비되며, 각각은 서로 병렬 배치된 기판 합착부;상기 각 기판 합착부의 전방측에 적어도 두 대의 기판 합착부마다 하나씩 구비됨과 더불어 서로 병렬 배치되어 상기 기판 합착부에 각 기판을 반입하는 기판 반입용 로더부;상기 각 기판 합착부의 후방측에 적어도 두 대의 기판 합착부마다 하나씩 구비됨과 더불어 서로 병렬 배치되어 상기 기판 합착부로부터 합착된 기판을 반출하는 기판 반출용 로더부; 그리고,상기 기판 반출용 로더부의 후방측인 각 기판 합착의 후공정 위치에 배치되어 상기 기판 합착부에 의해 합착된 기판의 씨일재 경화를 위한 다수의 경화부:를 포함하는 액정표시소자 제조 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판 반입용 로더부 및 상기 기판 반출용 로더부는상기 각 기판 합착부에 대응하는 대수로 구비되며, 서로 병렬 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 경화부는 상기 각각의 기판 반출용 로더부와 인라인(In-line)을 이루도록 각각 병렬로 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판 합착부는상하 이동되면서 상호 결합되는 상부 챔버 유닛 및 하부 챔버 유닛과;상기 각 챔버 유닛의 내측 공간에 각각 구비되어 한 쌍의 기판을 고정하는 상부 스테이지 및 하부 스테이지; 그리고,적어도 어느 한 챔버 유닛의 면상을 따라 장착되어 각 챔버 유닛간 결합이 이루어질 경우 각 스테이지의 내측 공간과 외측 공간을 상호 밀폐하는 밀봉부재:가 포함되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 장치.
