- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 고정수단의 외부는 흑색 차단막으로 둘러싸인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 리드 프레임 도금 선폭 측정 검사방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 카메라는 이송중인 반도체가 조명시스템에 도달시 50㎲(microsecond) 이상 100㎲(microsecond) 이하에서 반도체 리드 프레임 도금 선폭을 촬상하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 리드 프레임 도금 선폭 측정 검사방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 카메라가 반도체 리드 프레임 도금 선폭을 촬상시 반도체 리드 프레임은 우레탄에 특수 코팅 처리된 롤러 또는 실리콘 롤러중 어느 하나가 부착된 지그에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 리드 프레임 도금 선폭 측정 검사방법.
