Description
Claims (6)
- 적어도 한 쌍의 트랜지스터들;상기 적어도 한 쌍의 트랜지스터들에 각각 연결되며 평면상에서 나선형을 이루고 대칭되게 형성되는 한 쌍의 인덕터들로 이루어진 적어도 하나의 인덕터그룹; 을 포함하고,외부로부터 상기 적어도 한 쌍의 트랜지스터들에 인가되는 차동신호에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 인덕터그룹의 인덕터들에서 흐르는 전류들에 의해서 발생하는 자속들의 방향이 서로 보강되는 방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 집적회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 인덕터그룹은,제1 인덕터; 및상기 평면상의 소정의 가상선에 대해서 상기 제1 인덕터에 대칭되게 형성된 제2 인덕터; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 인덕터 및 제2 인덕터는,상기 소정의 가상선에서 상기 평면에 대해 수직으로 소정 거리 이격되게 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적회로.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 인덕터그룹은,상기 한 쌍의 트랜지스터를 나선형으로 감싸는 제1 인덕터그룹;상기 제1 인덕터그룹을 일정간격 떨어져 감싸는 제2 인덕터그룹; 및상기 제2 인덕터그룹을 일정간격 떨어져 감싸는 제3 인덕터그룹; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 한 쌍의 트랜지스터들은,상기 적어도 하나의 인덕터그룹의 중심부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 인덕터그룹은,일측이 상기 적어도 한 쌍의 트랜지스터들의 게이트 단자들에 각각 연결되는 제1 인덕터그룹, 일측이 상기 적어도 한 쌍의 트랜지스터들의 소스 단자들에 각각 연결되는 제2 인덕터그룹 및 일측이 상기 적어도 한 쌍의 트랜지스터들의 드레인 단자들에 각각 연결되는 제3 인덕터그룹 중에서 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 집적회로.
