Claims (4)
- 내연 기관의 배기계에 마련되고 배기 가스중 유해물질을 제거하는 촉매와,상기 촉매의 상류측에 있어서의 상기 배기 가스의 제 1의 산소 농도를 검출하는 제 1의 산소 농도 센서와,상기 촉매의 하류측에 있어서의 상기 배기 가스의 제 2의 산소 농도를 검출하는 제 2의 산소 농도 센서와,상기 내연 기관에 연료를 공급하는 인젝터와,상기 인젝터로부터 상기 내연 기관에의 공급 연료를 조절하는 인젝터 구동 수단과,상기 제 1의 산소 농도 센서의 검출 신호에 대응한 제 1의 공연비가 제 1의 목표 공연비와 일치하도록, 상기 인젝터 구동 수단을 제어하는 제 1의 공연비 제어 수단과,상기 제 2의 산소 농도 센서의 검출 신호에 대응한 제 2의 공연비가 제 2의 목표 공연비와 일치하도록, 상기 제 1의 목표 공연비를 설정하는 제 2의 공연비 제어 수단과,상기 제 2의 목표 공연비를 설정하는 목표 공연비 설정 수단을 구비하고,상기 목표 공연비 설정 수단은,상기 내연 기관의 배기계의 공연비에 대한 상기 촉매의 NOx 정화율 특성에 의거한 제 1의 소정치를 격납하고 있고,상기 제 2의 목표 공연비를, 이론 공연비보다도 리치측이고 또한 상기 촉매의 열화시에 있어서도 NOx 정화율이 최대로 되는 상기 제 1의 소정치로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 공연비 제어 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2의 산소 농도 센서의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단과,상기 제 2의 산소 농도 센서의 온도에 따라 상기 제 2의 목표 공연비를 보정하는 목표치 보정 수단을 구비하고,상기 목표치 보정 수단은,상기 제 2의 산소 농도 센서의 검출 신호의 온도 특성에 의거한 제 2의 소정치를 격납하고 있고,상기 제 2의 목표 공연비를, 상기 제 2의 산소 농도 센서의 검출 신호의 온도 변화를 상쇄하는 상기 제 2의 소정치에 의해 보정하고,보정 후의 제 2의 목표 공연비를 상기 제 2의 공연비 제어 수단에 입력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 공연비 제어 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내연 기관의 운전 상태를 검출하는 운전 상태 검출 수단과,상기 운전 상태에 따라 상기 제 2의 목표 공연비를 보정하는 목표 공연비 보정 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 공연비 제어 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 2의 산소 농도 센서는 이론 공연비의 부근에서 출력 전압이 급변하는 2가적인 특성을 갖는 λ형 센서에 의해 구성되고,상기 목표 공연비 설정 수단은 상기 이론 공연비보다도 리치측의 설정치에 상당하는 상기 제 2의 목표 공연비에 대응한 기준 전압치로서, 상기 촉매의 열화시에 있어서의 NOx 정화율이 최대로 되도록 0.75V 부근의 전압치를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 공연비 제어 장치.
