Claims (3)
- 몸체의 내부에서 회전되는 로터에 원석이 투입되어지도록 투입공이 구성되고, 회전되는 로터의 원심력에 의하여 원석이 바깥쪽으로 튕겨져 몸체의 내벽을 따라 설치된 엔빌에 부딪쳐 분쇄되어지도록 구성된 순환 골재 샌드밀에 있어서,상기 로터(1)는 투입공(111)이 형성된 상부패널(11)과 디스트리뷰터 고정홀(121)이 형성된 하부패널(12) 사이에 다수의 단위쇼팅안내부(2)(2')(2")가 설치되고, 상기 단위쇼팅안내부(2)는 일측단에 소정 각도로 짧게 절곡된 탭고정편(211)을 갖는 프레임패널(21) 내측에 데드스톡 플레이트(22)를 구비하여 나사로 데드 플레이트(24)를 결합시켜 데드스톡(25)이 설치되어지도록 구성하고, 상기 탭고정편(211)에 인서트된 마모방지구(26)가 나사결합 되어지되, 상기 마모방지구(26)의 모서리 외측에 홈을 형성하여 초경팁(261)이 인서트되어지도록 구성되고, 상기 프레임패널(21)의 외측에 파쇄부(27)가 설치되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 순환 골재 샌드밀.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 파쇄부(27)는 프레임패널(21)에 다수개의 체결공(272)이 형성된 고정편(271)을 고정하고, 상기 고정편(271)에 단차홈(273)이 형성된 임팩트패널(274)을 렌치볼트(277)로 고정하되, 상기 임펙트패널(274)은 직사각형의 패널몸체(275) 단부에 커버편(276)을 일체로 형성하여 고정편(271)의 단부가 커버되어지도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 순환 골재 샌드밀.
