As is well known, roads are divided into several lanes by lanes for smooth communication of vehicles, and vehicles traveling on these roads securely drive by driving in an orderly manner along lanes divided by lanes.
Therefore, lanes play a very important role in the safety and communication of road traffic, and should be easily recognized by drivers at all times. In addition, it should not protrude excessively from the road surface for free lane change while driving.
For this purpose, the lanes are generally formed by thinly coating the surface of the road in a prescribed form using a colored paint containing fluorescent materials so that the driver can easily distinguish them.
However, it is very difficult to distinguish lanes in bad weather due to night or rain, and thus, the vehicle invades the adjacent lanes beyond the lanes and frequently collides with the vehicle driving the adjacent lanes. In particular, in the case of a curved section, the incidence rate of accidents is inevitably increased.
In addition, in the case of habitual haze areas, lane discrimination becomes more difficult, causing frequent accidents, and accidents due to invasion of adjacent lanes are frequent due to difficulty in distinguishing lanes even in a tunnel where lane changes are restricted for safety reasons.
In particular, when invading the central line formed in the center of the road to partition the road by the direction of travel, since the risk of frontal collision of vehicles traveling in opposite directions is very high, more clear visibility is required with the driver's special attention.
Accordingly, the central line generally reflects the lights of the vehicle headlights simply by reflecting paper, or incorporates LEDs as shown in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 0223239 and Patent Publication No. 2005-0095754 to reflect the headlights and illuminate. In parallel, separate road signs are installed at regular intervals to increase visibility.
Meanwhile, Korean Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2000-0064008 incorporates a solar heat collecting plate and a plurality of lights, and is mounted in an installation hole formed on a center line or shoulder of a road through a storage battery provided to protrude downward. The solar lane is proposed to improve the driver's visibility by automatically turning on the light at sunset.
However, these solar lanes cannot function as lanes that allow the vehicle to freely run and change lanes because the whole body protrudes on the road, and is additionally installed on the safety zone line of the shoulder, the center line or the crossroads. Like ordinary "road signs", only in poor weather lighting can play a role of assisting the safe operation of the vehicle.
In addition, similar to the present invention, Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0265874 has a floodlight on the upper surface and embeds a plurality of LEDs to be embedded by epoxy or urethane casting on the road to constitute a crosswalk by the lights of the LED. There is a light emitting display device for pedestrian crossing on the road.Registration No. 20-0268042 embeds a metal frame with lighting means on the bottom surface of the ground to fix it with an anchor, and the top surface is covered with a perspective cap. Boundary line devices are also suggested for use as boundaries between various architectural and civil structures, such as subway boarding stations or parking lots.
However, these prior arts have a problem that is difficult to use in a lane that is to be installed throughout the road to withstand the flow load of a heavy vehicle.
That is, since at least several to tens of tons of vehicles are traveling at high speeds on the road, in order for the above-described prior arts to function as lanes, the above-described prior art must be able to sufficiently support the irregular flow loads generated by them without deformation or damage. In particular, ascon overlay, which is carried out to recover damaged roads, must be able to cope with the road surface exactly.
However, in case of registration No. 20-0265874, it is possible to protect the device from the impact of driving by embedding epoxy or urethane in the cut of the road, but the deformation of ascon due to the load of the vehicle due to the deformation of the shock absorber. Not only can damage be easily triggered, but there is also a risk that the device may be dislodged from the road in severe cases because it is not firmly fixed to the ground.
On the other hand, in the case of registration No. 20-0268042, the device is anchored to the ground, there is little fear of departure, but the device is in direct contact with the ground (ascon, etc.), there is a high possibility of being damaged by the driving shock of the vehicle.
In particular, since these prior arts cannot be changed once the road surface, the installation position (height) can not be changed, so when the asphalt coating is in progress, the device itself must be completely removed from the road and then reconstructed according to the overlaid road surface. It is very difficult to use as a lane, and even if used, there is a problem in that enormous construction cost is required when overlaying ascon.
On the other hand, when the snow falls, the roads are covered with snow, and the lanes are not visible at all, and the road surface is very slippery, and most of the roads are frozen as it is, which causes severe driving obstacles and traffic obstacles over a long period of time, which greatly increases the accident rate. .
Accordingly, as shown, for example, in Korean Patent Registration No. 0349262 and Utility Model Registration No. 0168733, a heating means such as a heating tube or a heating wire is embedded in the lower part of the road surface where frequent freezing accidents occur. However, there are also ways to solve various problems caused by freezing.
However, in the case of such a road ice prevention system, it is possible to properly prevent snow accumulation or freezing only in a certain road section installed, and there is still a difficulty in distinguishing lanes due to moisture generated by melting snow or ice. There is a risk of collision by invasion.
Moreover, the installation on the lower part of the road surface requires the complete pavement of the existing road, and the new pavement work is required. Therefore, the installation work is very complicated and expensive, so it is practically impossible to apply it to all the roads. Do.
The present invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and by forming a lane by lighting in a state buried in the road, the driver always recognizes the lane at all times regardless of weather conditions such as day and night as well as snow or fog. The purpose is to provide a road lighting lane system that can minimize the risk of traffic accidents caused by road invasion.
Another object of the present invention is to withstand the running load of the vehicle, there is no fear of damage, it is firmly settled on the road, there is no fear of departure, as well as to fit the surface of the changed road surface even if the height of the road surface is changed by ascon overlay It is to provide a road lighting lane system that can easily adjust the height of the installation.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a light emitting line device for a road that can clearly display lanes of a road at all times by effectively preventing the road lanes from being covered or frozen in addition to the above-described first object.
In order to achieve these objects, a road lighting lane system according to the present invention includes a housing made of a translucent polycarbonate (PC) tube having a locking portion; A plurality of LED lamps arranged in the housing at regular intervals and receiving power from the outside to emit light in a predetermined pattern; Sealing cap (sealing cap) for sealing both ends of the housing; A housing holder coupled to the engaging portion of the housing to fix the housing to a concrete gutter; A plurality of adjustments having an assembling groove into which the housing coupled with the housing holder is inserted, a part of the upper surface of the assembling groove being longitudinally opened and coaxial with an anchor bolt at both sides of the opening; A cushioning block of elastic material having a body having a hole and a closing cap fitted to the adjustment holes of the body, respectively; A concrete gutter which forms a pit long in a traveling direction on the road and is placed in the pit to accommodate the buffer block therein, and protrudes a plurality of anchor bolts which pass through the buffer block at the bottom and are fastened by a housing holder and a nut; And at least one height compensation block selectively interposed between the bottom of the concrete gutter and the buffer block.
According to one preferred feature of the present invention, the sealing cap has a wire hole (corresponding to each) to pass through the power line (pair), each of the pair of inner having a chamfer at the edge of the surface and the edge of the wire hole facing each other and Inner and outer plates, a first seal interposed between the inner and outer plate edges, a second seal interposed between the inner and outer plate wire hole edges, and an inner and outer plate It consists of a plurality of screws (screw) to fasten integrally.
According to another preferred feature of the invention, the assembling groove of the buffer block is made of a dovetail (dovetail) that penetrates the buffer block in the longitudinal direction, the buffer block is coupled to both ends of the assembling groove respectively to protect the housing It further comprises an end block.
According to another preferred feature of the present invention, a hot wire is further provided inside the housing to effectively prevent the lighting lane from being visible or frozen.
Accordingly, the present invention forms a lane by lighting in the state of being buried in the road, so that the driver can recognize the lane at all times regardless of weather conditions such as day and night as well as snow or fog, so that traffic caused by the invasion of the road Concerns about accidents can be minimized, and when used as a central line, the use of separate road signs can be excluded.
Particularly, in case of overlaying ascon due to road damage, remove the closing cap of the buffer block, release the anchor bolt through the adjusting hole, and separate the buffer block from the concrete gutter and interpose the height compensation block between the road and You can keep the same height.
In addition, the lanes are covered with snow so that they can be effectively prevented from being seen or frozen, and the lanes of the roads can be clearly displayed at all times, and they can be installed on the roads relatively easily without removing the existing pavement. We can install throughout the whole section of road if necessary.
Therefore, the present invention has a great effect on ensuring the reliability of road traffic and driving stability.
Such specific features and other advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description of the preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 to 6, the road
Since the
The
In the illustrated configuration, for example, the
The power required for the
In addition, it is a matter of course that the power line and the solar cell can be used together through an appropriate power supply control means.
On the other hand, in the case of the lane (L) displayed on the road (R) is formed at regular intervals, the lighting lane system of the present invention is provided with a power supply means or a solar cell at regular intervals when installed over a relatively long road section To cover only a few lighting lanes.
To this end, the sealing
When the sealing
The
The
The
Accordingly, the
On the other hand, a plurality of fastening holes 53 into which the
And each
The
Concrete gutter (60) is dug a pit (G) on the road (R), and has a space (60a) for accommodating the buffer block (50). At this time, a plurality of
The remaining
The road lighting lane system according to the present invention having such a structural feature is a pit (G) of the appropriate width on the road (R) instead of the lane indicated by paint or the like on the road (R) in the direction of progress, the pit Insert the
Thereafter, the
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 7, the
Therefore, drivers can distinguish lanes more clearly from day and night, as well as in snowy and foggy areas, and can minimize lane invasion and resulting collisions due to unclear lane classification. It is also possible to exclude the use of a separate road sign bottle as in the prior art.
On the other hand, when the road R is damaged and the asphalt concrete is to be covered, the
In this state, as shown in FIG. 6, the
At this time, the upper end of the
Fig. 8 schematically shows another embodiment of a
The
Embodiments of this configuration, in addition to the effects of the above-described embodiment, even if the road R is covered with snow or frozen, the upper portion of the
On the other hand, while the present invention has been described as being limited to the road buried in the function as a lane, this is merely for the purpose of illustration, the present invention is not limited to this can be used in various forms, of course.
For example, although not shown separately, it is also installed on the inner wall of the tunnel or the barrier at the edge of the road, which can guide the driver's eyes more clearly. In this case, the load of the vehicle does not directly affect the concrete gutter or the concrete gutter. It may be installed with the buffer block removed.
As described above, according to the road light emitting device for a road according to the present invention, by forming a lane by lighting in the state buried in the road, the driver is sure to always keep the lane regardless of weather conditions such as day and night as well as rain or fog This makes it possible to minimize the risk of traffic accidents caused by road invasion and to eliminate the use of separate road signs if used as a center line.
In particular, when the asphalt concrete is overlaid due to damage to the road, the buffer block is separated from the concrete gutter, the height compensation block is interposed between the two, and then remounted to maintain the same height as the road surface.
In addition, the lanes are covered with snow so that they can be effectively prevented from being seen or frozen, and the lanes of the roads can be clearly displayed at all times, and they can be installed on the roads relatively easily without removing the existing pavement. We can install throughout the whole section of road if necessary.
Therefore, the present invention has a very excellent effect that greatly contributes to ensuring the reliability of road traffic, driving stability and maintenance.
