A heat coil construction method for heating a bathroom is provided to shorten the construction period and allow for ease of construction, by eliminating the necessity of installing clip bars. A heat coil construction method for heating a bathroom, comprises a step of producing a heat oil(100) having a water inlet(101) and a water outlet(102) from a solid plastic material; a step of transporting the heat coil to the field of construction, and arranging the heat oil on a floor(200); and a step of forming a heating layer by placing cement mortar onto the floor so that the heat coil is buried under the cement mortar.
