Claims (3)
- 단사정계(單斜晶系)의 운모족(雲母族) 광물인 일라이트(illite), 삼사정계(三斜晶系)에 속하는 회장석(灰長石), 삼방정계(三方晶系)의 광물인 돌로마이트(dolomite)를 미세한 분말로 분쇄하여 150메시 이하의 입도(粒度)를 갖는 체로 걸러서 미세 분말로 가공하는 단계;시멘트 19∼21중량%, 모래 19∼21중량%, 골재 29∼31중량%, 일라이트 9∼11중량%, 회장석 6∼8중량%, 돌로마이트 3∼5중량%, 혼화재 1.5∼2.5중량%를 고르게 혼합한 후 물 6∼8중량%를 투입하여 고르게 반죽하는 단계;사각형의 관 형상의 수납홈을 갖는 형틀의 내부에 철근 골조를 투입하고, 반죽된 콘크리트를 형틀에 투입하여 가압시키면서 진동을 부여하여 암거를 성형하는 단계;성형된 암거를 25∼65℃를 유지하는 양생실에 투입하여 간헐적으로 스팀을 분사하면서 12시간 양생시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경적인 저독성 프리케스트 암거의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 프리케스트 암거의 양생단계는 30∼40℃를 유지하는 양생실에 성형물을 투입하여 3∼5일간 양생시켜 암거를 완성할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 친환 경적인 저독성 프리케스트 암거의 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되며,사각형의 관으로 구성된 몸체(11)의 내부에는 철근골조(14)가 내장되고, 전방에는 내측면이 단턱진 결합홈(12)이 형성되고, 몸체(11)의 후방에는 외측면이 단턱진 결합구(13)가 형성되며, 암거(10)의 결합구(13)가 다른 암거(10)의 결합홈(12)에 결합되고, 몸체(11)의 사방에 뚫려진 구멍(15)들을 관통하여 결합되는 결속봉(20)이나 와이어에 의하여 암거(10)들이 견고하게 고정되어 수로를 형성할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 프리케스트 암거.
