- 복수의 화소가 간격을 두고서 매트릭스상으로 배열되며, 상기 복수의 화소가 광투과성 재료로 피복된 플랫디스플레이패널과,상기 플랫디스플레이패널의 정면 지향성을 부여하기 위한 광학시트를 구비하고,상기 광학시트는 모서리각이 “α”로 되는 복수의 프리즘을 가지며,해당 화소로부터 상기 광학시트의 표면의 빛의 출사위치까지의 세로방향의 높이 “d”는 하기식 (1)을 만족시키도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.(식 중, “n”은 해당 화소로부터 상기 광학시트의 표면의 빛의 상기 출사위치까지의 광로의 굴절률, “p”는 해당 화소로부터 상기 광학시트의 표면의 빛의 상기 출사위치까지의 가로방향의 폭).
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 폭(p)은 해당 화소로부터 상기 주변화소까지의 폭 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
