Claims (9)
- 틀체(1)의 상부로 회전 가능하게 배치되고, 또 절단이 요구되는 절단육(M)을 절단 두께만큼씩 전진 공급시키기 위한 공급용 컨베이어(10)를 구비한 식육 자동 절단장치를 구성함에 있어서:상기 공급용 컨베이어(10)에 대하여 절단공간(2)이 형성되게 상기 틀체(1)의 상부 일 측으로 회전 가능하게 분리 배치되어 절단이 완료된 절단편육(M1)을 배출 이송시키기 위한 배출용 컨베이어(20)와;상기 공급용 컨베이어(10)를 따라 전진 이송되는 상기 절단육(M)의 상면을 실린더(50) 작용에 의해 승강 조작되는 누름봉(34)에 의해 안정적으로 고루 압착 이송하기 위하여 상기 절단공간(2)의 인접부위로 설치되는 적재함체(32)에 대하여 고정지지되는 다수개의 누름구(30); 및상기 공급용 컨베이어(10)를 타고 상기 절단공간(2)으로 절단 두께만큼씩 점차적으로 이송되어지는 상기 절단육(M)을 직교 방향으로 자동 절단하기 위하여 실린더(50) 작용에 의해 가이드(44)를 따라 왕복 이동되는 절단칼 뭉치(40)에 대하여 회전 가능하게 설치되는 원형 절단칼(42)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 왕복 이동형 원형 절단칼을 이용한 식육 자동 절단장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 누름구(30)는 절단육(M)의 압착면에 대응하여 균일한 압착 이송이 가능하도록 해당 누름봉(34)이 스프링(37)의 탄성 작용에 의해 승강 조작 가능하게 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 왕복 이동형 원형 절단칼을 이용한 식육 자동 절단장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배출용 컨베이어(20)는 절단공간(2)에서 절단된 절단편육(M1)을 보다 안정되게 받침 배출하기 위하여 공급용 컨베이어(10)보다 낮게 차등 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 왕복 이동형 원형 절단칼을 이용한 식육 자동 절단장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적재함체(32)로는 절단육(M)의 공급 유무를 확인하기 위한 감지센서(33)가 더 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 왕복 이동형 원형 절단칼을 이용한 식육 자동 절단장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원형 절단칼(42)은 그 원주 둘레가 갈비나 뼈의 절단이 가능하도록 톱날 형태로 이루어진 것임을 특징을 하는 왕복 이동형 원형 절단칼을 이용한 식육 자동 절단장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원형 절단칼(42)은 그 원주 둘레가 생육이나 냉장육, 냉동육의 절단이 가능하도록 예리한 칼날 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 이동형 원형 절단칼을 이용한 식육 자동 절단장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절단칼 뭉치(40)는 실린더(50) 작용에 의해 왕복 이동시 충격완충부재(55)에 의해 과도한 후퇴 이동에 따른 충격이 완화되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 왕복 이동형 원형 절단칼을 이용한 식육 자동 절단장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 충격완충부재(55)는 쇽업쇼버(Shockabshover)임을 특징으로 하는 왕복 이동형 원형 절단칼을 이용한 식육 자동 절단장치.
