Claims (4)
- 하금형 다수개소에 결합되는 다수 가이드블럭;상기 가이드블럭들 각각에 결합되는 다수 경사핀;상기 하금형 하측으로 구비되는 하원판부재;상기 하원판부재의 하측으로 배치되는 하고정판결합체;상기 하고정판결합체에 장착되고, 상기 다수 경사핀 각각의 하측 단부와 결합되는 다수 코아유닛; 및상기 하원판부재 상면으로 장착되고, 상기 다수 경사핀 각각과 결합되는 다수 코아유닛용 가이드블럭을 포함하는 코어유닛가이드블럭어셈블리.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다수의 가이드블럭 및 코아유닛용 가이드블럭들이,상기 경사핀이 미끄러져 움직일 수 있도록 결합되는 볼부쉬;상기 하금형 및 하원판부재에 장착되어지며, 상기 볼부쉬가 미끄러져 움직일 수 있도록 결합되는 부쉬바디를 포함하는 코어유닛가이드블럭어셈블리.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다수의 코아유닛이,상기 하고정판결합체의 상,하밀판에 매립 상태로 장착되는 유닛바디;상기 상기 유닛바디에 가로방향으로 미끄러져 움직이도록 결합되는 한 쌍의 슬라이딩플레이트; 및상기 한 쌍의 슬라이딩플레이트가 그 양측에 각각 힌지 결합되며, 그 상부로 상기 경사핀의 하측 단부가 고정 결합되는 힌지부재를 포함하는 코어유닛가이드블럭어셈블리.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 유닛바디가,상기 한 쌍의 슬라이딩플레이트 각각이 미끄러져 움직이도록 결합되는 슬라이딩홈을 내측으로 개구되게 형성시킨 한 쌍의 바디벽체; 및상기 한 쌍의 바디벽체를 평행하게 이격시킨 상태에서 결합시키는 적어도 2개 이상의 연결부재를 포함하는 코어유닛가이드블럭어셈블리.
