Claims (3)
- (a) 미생물이 함유된 시료에, 자성비드가 접합된 상기 미생물 특이 항체(자성비드-항체 접합체)를 가하여 항원-항체 반응시키는 단계;(b) 상기 (a)의 항원-항체 반응물에, 상기 미생물에 특이적이며 유레아제 표지된 항체를 가하는 단계;(c) 상기 (b)의 혼합물을 자기력이 존재하는 기판에 가하여 자성비드를 상기 기판에 고정시키는 단계;(d) 상기 자성비드 및 기판을 유레아 용액에 접촉시키는 단계;(e) 상기 유레아 용액에 전압을 가하고 동시에 기판에 LED를 조사하여, 기판 표면에서의 광전류를 측정하는 단계; 및(f) 상기 광전류를, 정량된 미생물 균수를 시료로 사용하여 상기 (a) 내지 (e) 단계를 동일하게 실시하여 수득한 미생물 균수에 대한 광전류 변화를 나타낸 표준곡선에 대입하여 시료내 함유된 미생물의 균수를 확인하는 단계;를 포함하는 광지시형 전위차계 센서 시스템을 이용한 병원성 미생물 검출방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 광지시형 전위차계 센서인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 항체는 단클론성 항체 또는 다클론성 항체인 방법.
