Claims (6)
- 칼럼과, 피가공체를 회전시키는 회전테이블과, 상기 칼럼에 한쪽이 지지되는 횡단레일과, 이 횡단레일의 안내면을 따라 수평방향으로 이동할 수 있게 설치된 새들과, 이 새들에 매달리도록 설치되어 이 새들의 안내면을 따라 상하방향으로 이동할 수 있게 설치된 칼럼과, 이 칼럼의 하단부에 부착되어 절삭공구의 날끝을 선회중심으로 해서 당해 절삭공구를 선회시키는 경사진 선회축을 가진 사축헤드를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한 수직선반.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사축헤드는 베어링에 의해 회전할 수 있도록 지지되어 수평면에 대해 경사진 선회축과, 이 선회축의 축선에서 편심되어 축방향으로 뻗은 편심아암과, 이 편심아암의 선단부에 부착되어 상기 절삭공구를 보유지지하는 절삭공구홀더와, 상기 선회축을 회전시켜 절삭공구의 선화각도를 색인하는 선회색인부를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 수직선반.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 선회축의 축선이 수평면과 30°이내의 각도를 이루고서 상기 절삭공구의 날끝 중심을 통하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직선반.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 베어링이 공기베어링으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수직선반.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 선회색인부가 상기 선회축을 구동하는 서보모터와, 선회축의 선회각도를 검축하는 엔코더를 갖도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직선반.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전테이블에 직선축을 가진 플레이너가공용 테이블이 더 탑재된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직선반.
