Claims (3)
- 하우징과,이 하우징 내에 고정되어 있는 코어와,이 코어의 외측에 마련되어 있는 전자 코일과,상기 하우징에 고정되어 있는 통형상의 밸브 본체와,이 밸브 본체 내에 마련되고 내부를 왕복 이동 가능한 봉형상의 밸브체와,이 밸브체의 일단부에 고정되어 있음과 함께 상기 전자 코일로의 통전에 의해 상기 코어에 흡인되는 아마추어를 구비하고,상기 밸브 본체의 일단부에는 상기 밸브체의 타단면이 맞닿는 시트부 및 연료가 통과하는 분사구부를 갖는 밸브시트가 마련되어 있는 연료 분사 밸브로서,상기 아마추어의 단면과 상기 밸브 본체의 단면과의 사이에는 상기 밸브체가 상기 밸브시트를 향하여 이동함에 따라 상기 연료의 유로 면적이 축소하는 가변 간극부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 하우징과,이 하우징 내에 고정되어 있는 코어와,이 코어의 외측에 마련되어 있는 전자 코일과,상기 하우징에 고정되어 있는 통형상의 밸브 본체와,이 밸브 본체 내에 마련되고 내부를 왕복 이동 가능한 봉형상의 밸브체와,이 밸브체의 일단부에 고정되어 있음과 함께 상기 전자 코일로의 통전에 의해 상기 코어에 흡인되는 아마추어와,상기 밸브 본체의 상기 아마추어측의 일단부에 아마추어측으로 돌출하여 고정되어 있는 통형상의 슬리브를 구비하고,상기 밸브 본체의 타단부에는 상기 밸브체의 타단면이 맞닿는 시트부 및 연료가 통과하는 분사구부를 갖는 밸브시트가 마련되어 있는 연료 분사 밸브로서,상기 아마추어의 단면과 상기 슬리브의 단면과의 사이에는 상기 밸브체가 상기 시트부를 향하여 이동함에 따라 상기 연료의 유로 면적이 축소하는 가변 간극부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 아마추어의 외주부에는, 자로(磁路) 면적을 축소하기 위한 박육부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
