Claims (5)
- 용선 예비처리 슬래그와 SiO2 함유물질을 함유하는 함유물로서,(a) 입경이 1.18㎜ 이하인 용선 예비처리 슬래그 : 15 ∼ 55 질량% 및,(b) 입경이 0.1㎜ 이하인 고로 슬래그 : 5 ∼ 40 질량% 를 함유하는 함유물을 물과 혼합한 후 경화시키는 슬래그 경화체의 제조방법.
- 용선 예비처리 슬래그와 SiO2 함유물질을 함유하는 함유물로서,(a) 입경이 1.18㎜ 이하인 용선 예비처리 슬래그 : 15 ∼ 55 질량%,(b) 입경이 0.1㎜ 이하인 고로 슬래그 : 3 ∼ 36 질량% 및,(c) 플라이애시 : 1.5 ∼ 30 질량% 를 함유하고, 또한상기 고로 슬래그와 플라이애시의 합계에 대한 플라이애시의 질량비가 0.1 ∼ 0.75 인 함유물을 물과 혼합한 후 경화시키는 슬래그 경화체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,(a) 입경이 1.18㎜ 이하인 용선 예비처리 슬래그,(b) 입경이 0.1㎜ 이하인 고로 슬래그 및,(c) 플라이애시의 합계에 대한 상기 용선 예비처리 슬래그의 질량비가 0.2 를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬래그 경화체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 함유물에, 추가로, 알칼리금속의 산화물, 수산화물, 황산염 및 염화물 그리고 알칼리토류금속의 산화물, 수산화물, 황산염 및 염화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상을 상기 고로 슬래그 및 플라이애시의 합계에 대하여 0.2 ∼ 20 질량% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬래그 경화체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 함유물에, 추가로, 나프탈렌술폰산류 및 폴리카르복실산류로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상을 상기 고로 슬래그, 플라이애시 및, 입경이 0.1㎜ 이하인 용선 예비처리 슬래그의 합계에 대하여 0.1 ∼ 2.0 질량% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬래그 경화체의 제조방법.
