Claims (13)
- 소정의 구동 회로와 상기 구동 회로에 의해 구동됨으로써 발광(發光)하는 발광체로 이루어지는 화소가 복수 배열되어 이루어지는 표시 장치로서,각 화소는,발광체의 광량(光量)을 상기 발광체와 동일한 종류의 재료로 이루어지는 수광체에 의해 검출하는 동시에, 이 검출 결과에 의거하여 구동 회로에 피드백(feedback)을 거는 보정 회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,보정 회로는 외광(外光)을 검출하는 동시에, 이 검출 결과에 의거하여 구동 회로에 피드백을 거는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,보정 회로는 저항기(抵抗器)와 수광한 광량(光量)에 따라 저항값이 가변(可變)하는 포토다이오드로 이루어지고, 구동 회로의 일 구성요소인 데이터 전압 유지용 콘덴서에 병렬 접속되는 직렬 회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수광체는 유기 EL 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,발광체는 유기 EL 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,화소가 2차원적으로 복수 배열되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,컬러 표시를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 복수 배열한 화소에 대응하여 설치된 발광체를 각각 개별적으로 구동함으로써 화상을 표시하는 방법으로서,각 발광체의 광량을 상기 발광체와 동일한 종류의 재료로 이루어지는 수광체에 의해 각각 검출하고, 이 검출 결과에 의거하여 발광체의 구동에 피드백을 거는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,외광을 검출하는 동시에, 이 검출 결과에 의거하여 구동 회로에 피드백을 거는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,발광체는 유기 EL 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,화소가 2차원적으로 복수 배열되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,컬러 표시를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,발광체 및 수광체를 잉크젯법에 의해 형성하는 표시 방법.
