Claims (2)
- 금속류의 가공이나 연마 후 배출되는 폐절삭유(2)에 포함되어진 칩과 같은 미세철분(3)을 제거하기 위한 세퍼레이터 장치에 있어서,내측으로 형성된 강자성체의 철심(11)의 외주면에 형성된 자석(12)과 보조철심(13)의 외측으로 돌기(14)를 형성한 셀(15)로 이루어진 주마그네틱롤러(10);상기 주마그네틱롤러(10)의 상측에 이격되어 형성되어 지며, 내측으로 강자성체 철심(21)과 자석(22)을 형성하고, 외측으로 셀(23)을 형성한 보조마그네틱롤러(20);상기 보조마그네틱 롤러(20)의 양측에 형성되어 지며, 조절레버(31)를 형성한 위치조절장치(30);상기 보조마그네틱롤러(20)의 상측에 형성되어 지는 고무롤러(41)와 스크레퍼(42)와 저장용기(43)와 수거용기(44)로 이루어진 것에 특징이 있는 2중 마그네틱롤러형 세퍼레이터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주 마그네틱 롤러(10)의 내부에는 강자성체의 철심(11)과 자석(12)이 번갈아가며 반복되게 형성된 것에 특징이 있는 2중 마그네틱롤러형 세퍼레이터.
