Claims (3)
- 상하로 마주보는 1쌍의 연마석을 각각 연마석회전용 전동모터로 회전구동함과 더불어 연마석승강용 모터로 상하방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 하여, 양 연마석을 피가공물의 상하 피연삭면에서 각각 상하로 떨어진 대기위치로부터 연삭종단위치까지 이동하도록 함으로써, 피가공물의 상하 피연삭면을 동시에 평면연삭하는 브레이크디스크가공용 수직형 양두평면 연삭반에서의 연삭방법에 있어서,상기 각 연마석의 상하방향 전체이동행정의 단계는, 소정의 공이송속도로 대기위치에서 피연삭면과 접촉하기 전의 검출개시위치까지 이동하는 공이송행정 단계와, 상기 공이송속도보다 저속인 검출속도로 검출개시위치에서 피연삭면과 접촉한 이후의 검출종료위치까지 이동함과 더불어 연삭개시위치를 검출하는 검출행정 단계 및, 연삭속도로 연삭개시위치에서 연삭종단위치까지 이동하는 연삭행정 단계를 포함하도록 되어 있고, 상기 연삭개시위치는, 상기 검출행정 단계 중에 각 연마석회전용 전동모터의 전류를 각각 검출하여, 당해 전류가 무부하상태의 값에서부터 소정량 증가했을 때에 대응하는 위치로 설정되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크디스크가공용 수직형 양두평면 연삭반에서의 연삭방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 연마석회전용 전동모터의 전류변화에 의해 상하 각각의 연삭개시위치를 검출한 후, 상하 각 연마석을 피연삭면에서 떨어진 위치까지 되돌려, 상하의 연마석을 동시에 연삭행정 단계로 이행되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크디스크가공용 수직형 양두평면 연삭반에서의 연삭방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연삭행정의 단계가, 연삭속도가 다른 복수의 행정으로 나눠지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크디스크가공용 수직형 양두평면 연삭반에서의 연삭방법.
