Claims (5)
- 내파이프의 외주면을 일정 곡률로 형성한 곡면부와, 이 곡면부의 양측으로 단면적을 갖는 단면부로 형성된 구면체와,상기 구면체의 외주면과 같은 곡률로 습동 접촉면과 양측에 장방형상을 한 공간에 구면체삽입부를 형성한 절곡홀더부재와,상기 절곡홀더부재의 외주면과 일정 간격을 두고 형성되는 외파이프와의 사이에 고무재로 가류 형성되는 방진부재에 일정 간격을 두고 형성한 보이드를 포함한 구성으로 이루어지는 볼조인트형 자동차용 부시.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구면체는 일정 곡률의 곡면부와 일정 두께를 형성하게 단면부를 형성하면서 저마찰형 소재로 제작되어 마찰력을 최소화하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 볼조인트형 자동차용 부시.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절곡홀더부재의 습동접촉면은 상,하단의 외경보다 구면체를 구속하게 확대된 곡면부의 곡률과 일치하게 일정 곡률로 형성되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 볼조인트형 자동차형 부시.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절곡홀더부재의 구면체삽입부는 상,하단의 외경을 구면체의 외경과 동일하게 형성하면서 구면체의 두께를 수용할 수 있는 폭으로 형성하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 볼조인트 자동차형 부시.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구면체는 절곡홀더부재의 구면체삽입부를 통해 삽입된 후 90°회전시켜 구속력 가지게 함을 특징으로 하는 볼조인트 자동차형 부시.
