Claims (5)
- 인코더 부착 차륜용 회전 지지 장치에 있어서,현가 장치에 지지된 상태에서 회전하지 않는 정지륜과,상기 정지륜과 동심으로 배치되어 차륜과 함께 회전하는 회전륜과,상기 회전륜의 외주면에 형성되어, 차륜 및 제동용 회전체를 지지하기 위한 플랜지와,상기 정지륜 및 회전륜의 서로 대향하는 주면에 각각 형성된 정지 궤도와 회전 궤도 사이에 전동 가능하게 설치된 복수개의 전동체와,외부 공간과 이들 각 전동체를 설치한 베어링 내부 공간을 분리하는 시일 부재와,상기 시일 부재보다 외부 공간 쪽에서, 상기 회전륜과 함께 회전하는 부분에 지지되며, 피검출면에 S극과 N극을 원주 방향에 대하여 교대로 배치한 영구 자석으로 제조된 인코더와,상기 인코더와 상기 외부 공간 사이에 설치된 래버린스 시일을 포함하며,상기 래버린스 시일의 간극의 폭을 상기 인코더의 피검출면에 배치되어 서로 인접하는 S극과 N극과의 피치의 40% 이하로 한인코더 부착 차륜용 회전 지지 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 래버린스 시일이 회전륜에 결합 고정된 등속 조인트의 일부와, 현가 장치를 구성하는 너클의 일부를 직접 근접시켜 이루어지는 것인인코더 부착 차륜용 회전 지지 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 래버린스 시일이 상기 회전륜에 결합 고정된 등속 조인트의 일부에 고정된 회전 링과, 현가 장치를 구성하는 너클의 일부에 고정된 정지 링을 근접시켜 이루어지는 것인인코더 부착 차륜용 회전 지지 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제동용 회전체가 드럼 브레이크를 구성하기 위한 드럼이며, 상기 래버린스 시일이 이 드럼의 일부와, 현가 장치에 지지한 백킹 플레이트의 일부를 직접 근접시켜 이루어지는 것인인코더 부착 차륜용 회전 지지 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제동용 회전체가 드럼 브레이크를 구성하는 위한 드럼이며, 상기 래버린스 시일이 이 드럼의 일부에 고정된 회전 링과, 현가 장치에 지지한 백킹 플레이트에 고정된 정지 링을 근접시켜 이루어지는 것인인코더 부착 차륜용 회전 지지 장치.
