Claims (2)
- 석회분말과 함수율 85-95%의 축혈을 밀폐된 교반기에서 약5-15분간 교반하여 축혈이 석회분말에 흡수되어 발열반응을 통해 80-90℃의 열을 방출시켜 함수율이 절반 이하인 약45%로 낮아지도록 하여 축혈이 고형 안정화되고 축혈자체의 취기성분의 일부가 흡착되도록 하는 단계와; 상기의 고형단계에 의해 고형화된 축혈을 밀폐된 숙성조에 2-3일정도 저장시켜 숙성열이 60-70℃까지 유지될수 있도록 하여 호기성 미생의 번식으로 인해 고속분해와 발효가 진행됨은 물론, 취기성분이 제거되도록 하며, 수산화칼슘 생성시의 발열과 수산화칼슘및 중탄성칼슘의 OH와 HCO₃등의 알칼리에 의해 살충, 살균이 이루어질수 있도록 하는 단계와; 상기의 숙성단계에서 50%의 함수율을 낮추어 변질및 악취가 발생되지 않도록 숙성이 완료된 처리물을 건조기내에 투입시켜 준 상태에서 회전시켜 처리물이 뒤집히도록 한 상태에서 약 30분정도의 시간동안 약150~160℃의 열풍을 송풍시켜 처리물의 함수율이 20~25%까지 낮추어질수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 건조단계의 결합 공정으로 이루어진 유기질 비료 제조방법.
