Claims (4)
- 아연-알루미늄합금도금강판의 후처리에 사용되는 크롬프리(Cr-Free) 후처리용액으로서의 폴리우레탄 수지 용액조성물에 있어서, 수성 폴리우레탄 수지용액 수지고형분 100중량부를 기준으로 콜로이달 실리카 혹은 흄드실리카 10~20중량부, 에폭시계,아미노계 및 메타크릴계 실란 커플링제로부터 선택된 실란커플링제 0.1~2.5중량부 및 지르코늄 커플링제를 0.1~2.5중량부를 가교제 및 경화제로 조성되어 폴리우레탄의 수분산액을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 수지용액 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수성폴리우레탄 수지용액조성물은 결정성 또는 비결정성의 폴리에스테르 폴리올중분자량이 400~6000인 디올이나 트리올을 폴리 우레탄 고형분 20~75중량%, 폴리에테르 폴리올중 분자량이 400~4000인 디올이나 트리올을 폴리우레탄 고형분 15~60 중량%, 하이드록실기(-OH)가 4개 이상이고 분자량이 500~5000인 디가알콜을 폴리우레탄 고형분 0~30중량% 에틸렌옥사이드와 프로필렌옥사이드로 이루어지고 분자량이 500 ~ 6000 인 블록 코폴리머형 폴리올을 폴리우레탄 고형분 0~45중량%, 저분자 풀리올을 폴리우레탄 고형분 0~25중량%의 범위내에서 선택된 단독 또는 그 혼합물에 말단이소시아네이트 프레폴리머와 반응성기를 갖는 분자량이 500이하인 이온성 부여 화합물을 폴리우레탄 고형분 1.5~20중량%과 아로마틱 또는 알리파틱폴리이소시아네이트 중 디이소시아네이트 단독 또는 그 혼합물을 폴리우레탄 고형분에 대하여 4~50중량%를 혼합하여 말단 이소시아네이트를 갖는 이온성 프레폴리머를 얻은 후, 유효성분에 대하여 5~20중량%에 해당하는 점도조정제, 분자량이 300이하인 케톡심계 또는 모노알콜 중에서 선정된 블록킹제와 반응 후 액성을 조정하여주기 위한 중화제 및 2염기산이상의 쇄연장를 가하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 수지용액조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실란커플링제는 글리시드옥시프로필트리에톡실란, 아미노프로틸트리에톡실란, 메톡시 옥시프로필트리메톡실란 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 수지용액.
- 아연-알루미늄 합금도금강판에 청구범위 제 1 항 기재의 수성 폴리우레탄 수지용액 조성물을 건조 피막 두께가 0.5~2.0g/m2 이 되도록 도포하고, 강판의 표면온도를 80~120℃가 되도록 건조소부하는 방법으로 후처리를 실시하여서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연-알루미늄 합금도금강판의 제조방법.
