Claims (9)
- 건조한 자초근을 아밀라아제, 덱스트라나아제, 헤미셀룰라아제 및 베타글루코시다아제 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 폴리사카라이드 분해효소를 함유하는 30 ∼ 60 ℃범위의 수성 용매에 침지하여 자초색소와 결합된 폴리사카라이드를 선택적으로 분리하는 과정과,상기 폴리사카라이드가 분리된 자초근을 건조한 다음 유기용매를 사용하여 자초색소를 추출하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소적 분해법을 이용한 자초색소 추출방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리사카라이드 분해효소는 사용되는 건조 자초근 1 g 당 500 ∼ 3,000 단위(Unit)의 비율로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자초색소 추출방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수성용매는 물 또는 물을 포함하는 완충용액으로서 pH 4 ∼ 8 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 자초색소 추출방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수성 용매는 건조 자초근 100 중량부에 대하여 100 ∼ 300 중량부로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자초색소 추출방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 헥산, 아세톤, 아세토나이트릴 및 에틸아세테이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 자초색소 추출방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 사용하는 자초근 중량에 대하여 50 ∼ 100 배 비율로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자초색소 추출방법.
- 청구항 1 항 내지 8 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의하여 추출된 자초색소.
