Claims (7)
- 소정의 폭과 높이를 갖는 금속 박판으로 이루어지고 상하 및 좌우 방향으로 일정거리 이격되게 다수의 장공형 삽입공이 형성되고 상기 장공형 삽입공에 근접하게 소정 깊이의 응축수 유로가 수직하게 형성된 평판형 방열휜과;일정 간격으로 이격되게 배열된 상기 평판형 방열휜의 장공형 삽입공에 삽입되어 상기 평판형 방열휜에 직교하도록 브레이징 결합되는 다수의 플랫튜브와;상기 플랫튜브와 유사한 형태의 단면을 가지며 이웃하는 두 개의 플랫튜브를 연통시켜 공급된 냉매가 지그재그 식으로 유동하도록 U자형으로 절곡된 다수의 리턴 튜브를 포함하여 구성되며;상기 플랫튜브를 소정 간격으로 형성된 다수의 격벽에 의해 다수의 냉매 유로가 일렬로 형성되고, 동일 평면상에 두 개이상의 플랫튜브는 소정 간격 이격되게 설치되어 응축수 및 공기의 흐름을 양호하게 하며, 상기 다수의 평판형 방열휜 및 리턴튜브와 함께 질소 분위기 로 등에서 브레이징 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휜앤 플랫 튜브형 열교환기.

- 소정의 폭과 높이를 갖는 금속 박판으로 이루어지고 상하 및 좌우 방향으로 일정거리 이격되게 다수의 장공형 삽입공이 형성되고 상기 장공형 삽입공에 근접하게 소정 깊이의 응축수 유로가 수직하게 형성된 평판형 방열휜과;일정 간격으로 이격되게 배열된 상기 평판형 방열휜의 장공형 삽입공에 삽입되어 상기 평판형 방열휜에 직교하도록 브레이징 결합되는 다수의 플랫튜브와;상기 상기 플랫튜브에 냉매를 주입하거나 유출시킬 수 있도록 상기 플렛튜브에 접합된 하나 이상의 냉매 헤더관과;응축기에서 유입되는 고압의 액냉매를 균일하게 분배하기 위한 냉매 분배기와;고압의 액냉매를 기화가 가능한 압력 및 온도로 교축팽창시키는 팽창장치와;팽창된 냉매를 플랫튜브로 공급하는 유입구와 열교환이 완료되어 기화된 냉매를 압축기로 보내기 위한 유출구를 포함하여 구성되며;상기 플랫튜브는 소정 간격으로 형성된 다수의 격벽에 의해 다수의 냉매 유로가 일렬로 형성되고, 동일 평면상에 두 개이상의 플랫튜브는 소정 간격 이격되게 설치되어 응축수 및 공기의 흐름을 양호하게 하며, 상기 다수의 평판형 방열휜 및 헤더관과 함께 질소 분위기 로 등에서 브레이징 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휜앤플랫 튜브형 열교환기를 이용한 에어컨용 증발기.
