Claims (3)
- 소정거리만큼 이격,대향되는 상하 기판;상기 상하 기판 사이의 내측면에 협지되는 수개의 액정 분자를 포함하는 액정층;상기 하부 기판의 내측면에 형성되는 화소 전극; 및상기 화소 전극과 함께 전계를 형성하면서, 상기 상부 기판 내측면에 형성되는 공통 전극을 포함하며,상기 화소 전극 및 공통 전극에는 액정층내로 소정 높이만큼 돌출된 돌출부와 오목부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 광시야각을 갖는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공통 전극의 돌출부는 화소 전극의 오목부와 대응되고, 공통 전극의 오목부는 화소 전극의 돌출부와 대칭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광시야각을 갖는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공통 전극의 돌출부는 화소 전극의 돌출부와 대응되고, 화소 전극의 오목부는 공통 전극의 오목부와 대칭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광시야각을 갖는 액정 표시 장치.
