Claims (16)
- 원통형 내측 표면(12)과 원통형 외측 표면(14)에 의해 경계가 정해지는 마찰 재료의 편평한 환상체(16)를 포함하는 유형이고, 형상이 대체로 편평하고 환상인, 건식 마찰 장치용 마찰 라이너(10)에 있어서,적어도 하나의 환상 보강 영역(18)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 환상 보강 영역(18)은 상기 마찰 라이너(10)의 상기 원통형 내측 표면(12)에 가깝게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,실질적으로 동심으로 배치된 다수의 환상 보강 영역(18)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 환상 보강 영역(18)은 실질적으로 동심으로 배치되며, 가장 안쪽의 보강 영역은 상기 마찰 라이너(10)의 원통형 내측 표면(12) 주변에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 마찰 라이너의 상기 원통형 내측 표면(12)과 원통형 외측 표면(14) 사이에 실질적으로 동심으로 배치되고 상기 마찰 라이너(10)의 전체에 걸쳐 분포되는 다수의 환상 보강 영역(18)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 환상 보강 영역(18)은 동일한 밀도의 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 환상 보강 영역(18)은 상이한 밀도의 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 환상 보강 영역(18)은 상이한 밀도의 재료로 제조되며, 이 밀도는 상기 마찰 라이너의 상기 원통형 내측 표면(12) 주변으로부터 반경방향으로 멀어지는 방향으로 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,각각의 상기 환상 보강 영역(18)은 상기 편평한 환상체내에 삽입된 실질적으로 환상의 원통형의 층으로 구성된 보강 링인 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,각각의 상기 환상 보강 영역(18)은 유기 재료, 광물 재료 및/또는 금속 보강 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,각각의 상기 환상 보강 영역(18)은 연속 스레드(thread), 비연속 스레드, 섬유, 직조 재료, 편조 재료, 또는 테이프 형태의 보강 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,열경화성 수지가 함침된 섬유의 매트로 이루어진 마찰 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 섬유는 40mm 내지 120mm 범위의 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너.
- 대체로 편평한 환상 형상이고 마찰 재료의 편평한 환상체를 포함하는 유형의 건식 마찰 장치용 마찰 라이너(10)의 제조 방법으로서, 미완성의 편평한 환상체로 이루어진 가공품이 마찰 재료의 매트의 소정 길이의 밴드(16)를 맨드릴(30)상에 권취함으로써 제조되는, 상기 마찰 라이너의 제조 방법에 있어서,청구항 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 마찰 라이너를 얻도록, 권취 단계 도중 적어도 하나의 환상 보강 영역을 구성하기에 충분한 길이를 갖는, 적어도 하나의 일정 길이의 보강 재료의 밴드(18)가 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이너의 제조 방법.
- 적어도 하나의 마찰 라이너(10)를 포함하고 건조 마찰 하에서 작동하는, 회전 가능한 클러치 마찰 휠에 있어서,상기 마찰 라이너는 청구항 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 라이너인 것을 특징으로 하는회전 가능한 클러치 마찰 휠.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 마찰 라이너(10)는 청구항 제 14 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는회전 가능한 클러치 마찰 휠.
