Claims (6)
- 김가루 70∼80 중량%를 물로 반죽하고, 상기 반죽을 쌀의 형상 및 크기로 압착 성형하고, 쌀전분을 물에 타서 교반하면서 가열하여 묽은 쌀풀 상태로 만들고, 상기 압착 성형된 쌀형상의 김에 상기 쌀풀과 쌀가루 20∼30 중량%를 교대로 분무한 후 건조시켜 김쌀을 제조하는 방법.
