Claims (8)
- 중량%로 Cr: 1~6%, Al: 3~11%, Si: 4~14%를 포함하며, 잔부는 Ti 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 코팅층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결공구용 다이아몬드 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다이아몬드 입자의 평균입경이 10~1000㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결공구용 다이아몬드 입자.
- 코팅층의 조성이, 중량%로 Cr: 1~6%, Al: 3~11%, Si: 4~14% 및 나머지는 Ti과 기타 불가피한 불순물이 되도록, 상기 Cr, Al, Si 및 Ti 분말을 가열증발시켜 다이아몬드 입자에 코팅시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결공구용 다이아몬드 입자의 코팅방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,가열증발온도는, 750~1000℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결공구용 다이아몬드 입자의 코팅방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,가열증발압력은, 10-2torr 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결공구용 다이아몬드 입자의 코팅방법.
- 제1항의 다이아몬드 입자를 포함하는 소결공구.
- Fe계 합금에 제1항의 다이아몬드 입자가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 소결공구.
- W계 합금에 제1항의 다이아몬드 입자가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 소결공구.
