Claims (6)
- 프리스트레스트 콘크리트내부에 설치되어 있는 강재를 음극으로 하고, 상기 콘크리트의 표면부분, 및/또는, 상기 콘크리트내부의 일부에 양극을 설치하여, 상기 양전극사이에 수소발생전위 이상의 전압을 인가하여 직류전류를 통전하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트에 설치되어 있는 PC 강재에 작용하고 있는 유효인장력이 PC 강재의 인장강도의 80% 이하 인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리스트레스트 콘크리트의 통전방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 프리스트레스트 콘크리트의 단면외에 긴장재를 설치하고, 상기 콘크리트 단면내에 설치되어 있는 PC 강재에 작용하고 있는 응력의 일부, 또는 전부를 상기 긴장재에 부담시킴으로써, 유효인장력을 PC 강재의 인장장력의 80% 이하로 저감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리스트레스트 콘크리트의 통전방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 프리스트레스트 콘크리트에 새로운 지지점을 배치함으로써, 유효인장력을 PC 강재의 인장장력의 80% 이하로 저감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리스트레스트 콘크리트의 통전방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 통전처리중에 전압이 수소발생전위 미만으로 되는 기간을 1회 이상 두고, 그 후, 재차 수소발생전위 이상으로 되는 전압으로 통전처리를 시작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리스트레스트 콘크리트의 통전방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 통전처리중에 형성하는 전압이 수소발생전위 미만으로 되는 기간이 1회에 대하여 1일 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리스트레스트 콘크리트의 통전방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 콘크리트의 표면적 lm2당, 0.1∼l0A의 전류밀도의 직류전류를 통전하고, 또한, 통전기간이 통산으로 6개월 이하 인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리스트레스트 콘크리트의 통전방법.
