Claims (4)
- 통상의 생 마늘과 생 양파에 있어서,상기 생 마늘과 생 양파를 각각 구분하여, 액화상태로 완전히 파쇄(破碎)하는 단계와;상기 파쇄한 생 마늘과 생 양파는 구분한 상태로 각각 액체(液體)와 고형물(固形物)로 분리하는 단계와;상기 분리한 액체와 고형물은 독성이 제거되도록 발효시키는 단계와;상기 발효된 액체와 고형물을 각각의 음수(飮水)와 사료에 혼합하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가금류의 음수와 사료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 생 마늘과 생 양파를 분쇄하여 분리한 액체(液體)와 고형물(固形物)은 다른 성분이 포함되지 않도록 스텐레스 재질로 형성한 용기(밀봉이 가능한 용기) 또는 합성수지재 용기(밀봉이 가능한 용기)에 각각 넣어서 완전 밀봉한 상태에서 생 마늘 또는 생 양파의 향 또는 독성이 제거되도록 발효시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가금류의 음수와 사료의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기의 밀봉된 용기의 발효조건은, 계사(양계장)온도가 섭씨 30℃ 정도 지속되는 상온에서는 약 100시간(± 20시간) 동안 발효 실시하고,계사온도가 섭씨 약 15℃의 온도에서는 450시간(±30시간) 동안 발효 실시하여 상기 생 마늘과 생 양파에 함유되어 있는 향과 독성을 제거하며,상기 액체(液體)와 고형물(固形物)을 음수와 사료에 혼합하는 양은, 물(지하수 또는 수도물) 200리터에 마늘 액체 500cc(±50cc)를 혼합하고,사료의 경우에는 마늘 고형물이나, 양파고형물 모두 사료 5톤당 마늘 또는 양파 고형물(固形物)을 8kg(±1.5kg)씩 혼합 실시하며,양파의 액체를 음수에 혼합하는 비율은, 물 200리터 정도에 양파 액체 1200cc(±100cc)를 혼합 실시하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가금류의 음수와 사료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된 가금류의 음수와 사료.
