Abstract

PURPOSE: An injection molding method and device with an inserted fabric is provided to simplify the process, prevent creases from being formed on a skin layer formed to the surface of synthetic resin, prevent embossment, maintain uniform thickness, and keep the thickness of a resin layer uniform. CONSTITUTION: An injection molding device comprises a fixed upper mold(2); a moving lower mold(1) engaged with the lower side of the fixed upper mold; a fabric guide device(30) formed on a side of the fixed upper mold, to make a fabric(50) fixed to the inner upper part of the fixed upper mold; a lower fixed mold(3); lower moving molds(4-1,4-2) formed on a side of the lower fixed mold, to move right and left; a stripper(17) formed on a side of the lower fixed mold, to move up and down; two nozzles(16) formed through the middle of the lower fixed mold, to inject resin into the inside of the mold; three ejector pins formed through the middle of the lower fixed mold; and two hydraulic cylinders formed to the right and left of the lower fixed mold, to vertically operate the ejector pin.
