Abstract

PURPOSE: An outdoor type AP(Access Point) apparatus is provided to be easily installed outside a building, reduce a cost, have a good sensitivity of a radio communication, and construct a good cell coverage by integrating plural AP modules by using a switching hub. CONSTITUTION: An outer cover of an outdoor type AC apparatus consists of an upper cover and a lower cover in order to obtain a water-proof function and easiness to assembly. Water-proof caps(750:1-750:2) are formed at a portion where an Ethernet line(760) passes. Coupling units(740:1,740:2) are formed on the outer cover so as to be fixed at outside. The coupling unit(740:2) has a male type. Plural AP modules, which uses an antenna circuit having the same direction as a 4-way vertical and horizontal polarization diversity antenna circuit and an antenna circuit having a good antenna gain, are radially arranged, and integrally used by using a switching hub, so that a good cell coverage can be constructed.
