Claims (8)
- 바이오필터를 이용한 가스 정화에 사용되는 담체에 있어서, 고분자 수지로 이루어진 스폰지 또는 폼의 표면에 점토성 물질 및 활성탄의 혼합물을 접착제를 이용하여 코팅시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점토성 물질은 제올라이트, 옹기토, 차지토, 고령토, 규조토, 활석, 화산재, 제철소의 폐슬레그 또는 연소 및 소각재인 것을 특징으로 하는 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점토성 물질과 활성탄의 혼합 중량비는 1 : 1∼1.5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 담체.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 합성수지 접착제, 무기성 접착제 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 담체.
- a) 고분자 수지로 이루어진 다공성 지지체를 적당한 크기로 절단하는 단계;b) 활성탄과 점토성 물질을 1 : 1∼1.5의 중량비로 혼합하는 단계;c) 상기 b)단계의 혼합물에 접착제를 부가하여 교반하는 단계;d) 상기 c)단계의 혼합물을 상기 절단된 다공성 지지체에 코팅하는 단계; 및e) 상기 d)단계의 결과물을 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 제1항의 담체 제조방법.
- 재6항에 있어서, 상기 d)의 코팅단계 전에 희석액을 사용하여 상기 접착제의 점도를 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항의 담체를 컬럼형 반응기에 충진하는 단계;처리하고자 가스에 포함된 성분에 따라 적절한 미생물을 상기 담체에 접종시키는 단계; 및처리하고자 하는 가스를 상기 반응기에 상향류식으로 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 정화 방법.
