- a. 배출되는 고농도의 분뇨 또는 축산 폐수의 농도와 유량을 균등조를 이용하여 균등화하는 단계,b. 상기 (a) 단계에서 균등화된 폐수에 응집제를 가해 유기물 농도와 질소 농도를 원하는 수준으로 조정하는 약품 고액 분리 단계,c. 상기 (b) 단계에서 고액 분리된 피처리물 중의 유기물 농도는 변화시키지 않으면서 암모니아성 질소만을 선택적으로 제거하는 암모니아 스트립핑 단계,d. 상기 (c) 단계에서 처리된 피처리물 중의 난분해성 유기물을 혐기성 미생물을 이용하여 분해함으로써 후속 호기성 미생물이 섭취하기 용이한 형태로 만들며, 하기 (i) 단계로부터 반송된 슬러지를 발효시켜 유기산을 생성시키는 혐기성 발효 단계,e. 하기 (i) 단계로부터 상기 (d) 단계로 반송된 후 혐기성 발효된 슬러지 내에 포함된 질산화물 NO2-N과 폐수 내에 포함된 암모니아를 반응시켜 질소 가스를 발생시키는 아나목스 단계,f. 바이오폰드에 존재하는 고형화된 토양 미생물을 활성화하는 미생물 활성화 단계,g. 상기 (f) 단계에서 활성화된 토양 미생물을 탈질 유도형 폭기조 내에 공급하고 이 미생물과 함께 탈질 유도형 폭기조 내에 서식 중인 호기성 미생물을 이용하여, 상기 (e) 단계에서 처리된 피처리물 중의 유기 물질을 분해하고 암모니아성 질소를 NO3-N으로 질산화한 후 혼합을 통하여 탈질을 유도하는 탈질 유도형 폭기 단계,h. 외부 탄소원의 투입없이 무산소상태에서 미생물의 내생호흡을 이용하여 상기 (g) 단계에서 처리된 피처리물 중의 질산화물을 질소로 환원하는 탈질화 단계,i. (h) 단계로부터 얻은, 유기물이 거의 산화되고 탈질 처리된 피처리물과 미생물을 고액 분리시키며, 침전된 슬러지 일부를 상기 혐기성 발효 단계 (d)로 반송하는 단계,j. 상기 (i) 단계에서 침전 분리된 상등액으로부터 잔여 물질을 응집제거하여 최종 처리수로 방류하는 단계를 포함하는 폐수 처리 방법.
- a. 배출되는 고농도의 분뇨 또는 축산 폐수의 농도와 유량을 균등화하는 균등조,b. 상기 균등조에서 유입된 폐수의 유기물 농도와 질소 농도를 약품을 가해 원하는 수준으로 조정하는 약품 고액 분리조,c. 고액 분리된 피처리물 중의 유기물의 농도는 변화시키지 않으면서 암모니아성 질소를 선택적으로 제거하는 암모니아 스트립핑조,d. 상기 스트립핑조로부터 공급된 피처리물 중의 난분해성 유기물을 혐기성 미생물을 사용하여 분해함으로써 후속 호기성 미생물이 섭취하기 용이한 형태로 만들며, 침전조에서 반송된 슬러리를 발효시켜 유기산을 생성시키는 혐기성 발효조,e. 탈질 유도형 폭기조에서 질산화된 NO2-N과 피처리물 중의 암모니아가 반응하여 질소 가스화되는 아나목스조,f. 고형화된 토양 미생물이 장착되어 있으며, 이를 활성화하고 탈질 유도형 폭기조로 상기 미생물을 공급하는 바이오폰드,g. 상기 바이오폰드에서 활성화된 토양 미생물 및 자기 내부에 서식 중인 호기성 미생물을 이용하여 피처리물 중의 유기 물질을 분해하고 암모니아성 질소를 NO3-N으로 질산화한 후 탈질을 유도하는 탈질 유도형 폭기조,h. 외부 탄소원의 투입없이 무산소상태에서 미생물의 내생호흡을 유도하여 상기 탈질 유도형 폭기조에서 처리된 피처리물 중의 질산화물을 질소로 환원하는 탈질조,i. 유기물이 거의 산화되고 탈질화된 피처리물과 미생물을 고액 분리시키고 침전된 슬러지 일부를 상기 혐기성 발효조로 반송시키는 침전조,j. 상기 침전조에서 침전분리된 상등액으로부터 잔여 물질을 응집제거하여 최종 처리수로 방류하는 응집 침전조, 및k. 상기 고액 분리조, 혐기성 발효조, 침전조 및 응집 침전조로부터 배출된 슬러지 일부 또는 전부의 수분을 감소시키는 탈수조를 포함하는 폐수 처리용 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탈질 유도형 폭기조가 4단으로 구분되어 있어서, 혼합과 용존산소량을 조절할 수 있고, 말단에 공기 공급없이 혼합용 믹서만 장착하여 폭기조 내의 탈질 및 이후 탈질을 촉진할 수 있는 것인 폐수 처리용 장치.
